    Dishonesty ruined a decent experience

    I purchased a low miles Dodge Viper remotely due to COVID and things went very well, until it didn't. The salesman sent me pictures and disclosed any imperfections and such via text, but I had someone who lived local stop in and check it out. They said it looked good and we completed the paperwork. Delivery was jumbled and the transporter had to unload the car several miles from my place. Not a big deal, but it limited the time we had to inspect the car drastically as we were in the pouring rain in a busy truck stop. After getting the car back to my shop, we found extensive damage under the driver side. I reached out to the person I had check the car or and they asked around. Apparently, a dealership employee drove the car over a curb, which was not disclosed. I emailed the finance manager I had worked with and he passed my email on to his boss about the issue. Several weeks passed without response, so I followed up again and received no response. Even though most of the process went well, dishonesty and avoiding responsibility significantly impacted the sales experience.

    by far the worst dealership in the valley. They put the bottom line above above costumer service and experience. On several occasions we have been told multiple different versions of the same event. I would not recommend using them!

    Disappointment all around

    Test drove a 2016 jeep wrangler was told on the vehicle build sheet it comes with XM radio and when checking radio could not find it and mike trejo told me it was there. Day later told Travis to make sure radio worked and it indeed had XM radio. Travis said he was sending mike to verify this. Delivery day no coffee at dealership handed my cashier check for the jeep mike hands me a XM radio in a box says just in case the reset doesnt work on the jeep radio. Called him days later no XM radio icon came up on the jeep and went back to dealership gave him back portable XM device since I dont want chords dangling around and he said he would pull o e out of inventory. So its been a month now im talking to Richard and told him it needs to be completed this week.

    Do you want to WASTE time? Go to LITHIA DODGE Do you want to leave EMPTY HANDED? Go to LITHIA DODGE Do you want to negotiate in good faith and then have the “MANAGER” RENIG? Go to LITHIA DODGE Do you want the salesman to sell you a “NEW” truck with 3000 miles on it? Go to LITHIA DODGE Do you want a “NEW” truck that the bed is so scratched up, that the salesman suggests, “we’ll get a spray on bed liner for you”...Yep, LITHIA DODGE Do you want to feel like you’ve been LIED to? Go to LITHIA DODGE Do you want to be FORCED to use their financing? Go to LITHIA DODGE Based on the “story” provided by the salesman...a couple bought 2 trucks, left the lot, drove this one to WYOMING and BACK, had a lift kit and new tires put on it, the truck “DIDN’T WORK OUT”, was returned to the lot with over 3000 MILES on it and is still advertised as “NEW”! The story continued...per J (the salesman)...the truck was NEVER REGISTERED...s..u..r..e.., that it was taken in on a “dealer trade”... The saga would have continued if we would not have GOT UP AND WALKED OUT of Yep, you guessed it...LITHIA DODGE. LIthia dodge claims to have “earned” their reputation...and this is how they do it!!

    2018 Dodge Durango lemon

    We bought a new 2018 Dodge Durango from Lithia Dodge of Medford. The transmission broke on the day we bought it, having less than 100 miles on the Durango. The oil pressure light kept coming on, so we ended up taking it in for service twice before we had put 550 miles on it. I am very disappointed with our brand new $52,000 Durango. We don't trust it or the dealership.

    Please fix my truck!

    No fix! Just threw parts at it and sent me on my way like all was well. I told them the problem but after hours of diagnosis and 1300$$ + later I had the same problem. They just cleared codes and sent me on my way. I had to take to a real mechanic to fix for a simple fuel pump when lithia put a new crankshaft sensor, battery, alternator, and headlight relay lol really 4 a fuel pump!! Never again! Don't trust these scam artists.

    The sales manager is a liar. They took over a month to finalize the paperwork which made us responsible for a payment for our new truck and for the truck we traded in. Charlotte was an awesome sales person.

    I went to Bryce to buy my first car from a dealership. He made it super smooth, easy, and fast! He always kept the process light and fun! He was super helpful and worked very hard to find me the cars I wanted. I’ve used him 3 times for trading in/ buying my cars and will continue to go to him.
