    This time no one chased me with the golf cart or pressurized me to make the deal. I had stopped buying for this reason from Lipton. Yossuf Ali is great person along with Anthony and Lincoln. It’s a great team. I just drove there 300 miles to get my car. It was pleasant experience!

    We have been customers of Lipton Toyota since we purchased our first Tundra in 2005. We recently traded in our RAV-4 for a Highlander. Our salesperson, Mr. Shaheed Khan, found us the perfect vehicle with all the safety features we needed, and got us a very fair deal for our trade-in. We walked in to the dealership at 1:00, and were out the door by 2:30! As always, Mr. Khan and the staff at Lipton made the process easy. Of course Mr. Khan described all the features of the vehicle, but he also took the time to program our phones to the car, and he bought us lunch! Thank you to Mr. Khan and all the staff at Lipton for another great experience.

    Great Way to Treat A Loyal Customer

    I've been a loyal customer at Lipton Toyota for more than 15 years. This weekend's experience may change that forever. I scheduled a 5,000 maintenance with the dealership this past Saturday. Prior to this, I received a call from them that I had a Oil Service left on my Toyoguard, which surprised me since my vehicle is 5-years old. When I got to the dealer, the service attendant knew nothing of it. I decided it was not worth the aggravation. In the meantime, I had also received a text the day before if I may be interested in maybe trading in my vehicle. I said yes, however I told the salesman the numbers would have to be great, since I have 8 months of payments left on my car and I can wait till then. Instead of a casual go around - I received a high-pressure sales pitch which I was not expecting nor was in the mood for. I had arrived early that day and the car was not ready when promised. Finally, after going to pay for the service, the attendant charged me less - I thought maybe because of the oil service someone called about earlier. I paid the bill. When I got on the highway, I realized they changed miles to kilometers. After three calls, I finally reached the service advisor who then told me what to do. Yesterday, I received a call from the cashier telling me my charge was incorrect and I owed more money. However there was no apology, just give me your credit card now. Seriously. I was not the one who made the mistake and she should have been more apologetic with the issue. When she called, I was walking - I told her to call be in a half hour. When she called, she immediately asked do you have your card so I can take care of this transaction. Again, appalling customer service. Finally, when I bring my car in for service I am told there is an inspection. Interestingly, tonight I noticed both of my headlights not working - why was this not communicated to me. I generally have not driven at night for a while and with Daylight Savings time this weekend I drove at 6pm in the dark and realized this. I am shocked this was not communicated to me.
