I had been dealing with few bad dealerships around and Lindsay Acura made my purchase super easy, start to finish. From the beginning I knew what car I wanted and the color, so I was communicating with Jason and he made it super easy by doing everything over the phone. Jason did all the paperwork before I get to Columbus and his team made the process of buying a car so convenient. He responded to text messages quickly and answered all my questions and concerns. I am very pleased with my purchase and the service that was provided. I would recommend anyone to see Jason and Lindsay Acura.

by Kristen from Marion | May 23, 2020Bought a certified tlx and my mistake for not looking very closely and wiping rain off the car to see tons of paint chips all over the hood and sides of car and not getting anywhere with management besides offering a paint pen that obviously is a temporary fix since i had a body shop tell me the day after buying it needs that it needs re painted! Will not go here again or refer anyone

Thad Beaver was very thorough with explaining all the features of the MDX we checked out. He answered each and every question we had and made us comfortable through the whole process. The manager wasn't any less. Don't remember his name. Unfortunately MDX wasn’t the right vehicle we wanted but would happily come back to this dealership if we ever needed an Acura.

I now have an issue with the axel which is a 2800 fix money i dont have but they want their car note paid. The financing is horrible Gary and Caroline refuse to return my emails. Now its winter in im afraid the vechicle i purchased 5 months ago is about to fall apart and ill still be responsible for the payment idk what to do... I'm exhausted in have zero funds to fix my truck this time

I returned beck my 2017 MDX after the lease was matured. Jason Fox signed the papers and put it in his drawer and after a month the Finance department are calling me to tell me I am behind in payment. Called the Finance department, left them a voice mail. Called Manager, left voice mail and still getting calls cause I am behind in payment and the car is in their store !!!!! Be careful. Red flags.
