    This dealership is currently getting renovated inside and it’s beautiful! This is also the first time buying a car that I didn’t feel like I was getting “screwed over” somehow. They were very much on our side and enjoyable to work with.

    I bought a 2017 dodge journey used. the price you see is not what you will pay. We walked in and they immediately tacked on a 2000 certified fee I told them i'm not paying it and was going to walk out the door. They came back with a monthly total i said it was too high and wanted to stay around $150-$180 instead of coming down on price they pulled a fast one and made our loan terms longer. If i wasn't handling kids I would've noticed it instead they quick rushed us into a room to sign papers thinking they had come down like we wanted them to. Our second key doesn't even match our car it has a hatch button and automatic start neither of which this vehicle has. Not happy and wont be back.

    Would not give me a price for a new vehicle unless I made an appointment with the manager so he could "explain" the pricing for me. I told them over and over I wanted a price and I would decide if I was going to buy. I did not need to be lectured about pricing from the GM.

    I bought a 13 Chevy Equinox about month in a half ago with Jeremiah LaVow and was told it had just got an oil change and is a very reliable car and well taken care and in reality i find out yesterday that it didn't have any oil at all. I drove about 3000 miles and heared ticking on it and it had no oil and it had some nasty sticky stuff. So i called Jeremiah and was told he had nothing to do with and now im stuck with a car that i dont want due to the issues. I was told i was getting a nice reliable well taken care of car being a single parent of 4 with no issues and that was a lie. So im trying to save as many people as i can from going thru what im going thru and buying a car here. The car itself is a 4 cylinder motor on a synthetic oil no way u can burn 5 quarts of oil in that short of time

    I made a 1 star Review BY ACCIDENT. I was under the assumption that was making the review for the Napleton's Arlington Heights. I have been trying to delete my previous reviews but couldn't. Please let me know if there is a way to delete it. Your dealership is one of the best in the area... for prices and staff. I worked with Tyson and he was really helpful with everything. I decided to wait a little and will be back at your dealership for new Jeep ;)

    Service is Horrible

    I brought my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek into the body shop. Jeff the body shop manager toke me that they are subaru certified. They will do the best work possible. They are going to make the car look like new. The rear door on the car was smashed in from a accident. Estimate that Jeff wrote was for $4000. The insurance adjuster wrote one for 3100. Jeff accepted it with a issue. Standard body shop practice he told me. I asked him where the other $900 went. He told me different system use different estimates for hours. But he assured me my car would look perfect. Let's just say we said a lot of issues during the repair process. Finally Jeff calls me to tell me my car is all done. I went to pick it up and it took only 5 seconds to see runs in the paint, orange peel and other blemishes. Other blemishes being sanding scratches in other spraying the clear coat. He said we will wet sand the car. Calls me the next day to tell me it's done. I went to check it out again. But no thing was properly fixed. I had a great bunch of scratches that are still under the clear coat. I told him I'm not paying for the shady work. He said fine we will just keep the car. Next day I reach out to the general manager Nate. He talked about the paint issues. He agreed to look over the call. He called me back to tell me he sees the all the issues. But they are all prior damage so it's not there problem. When I tell him I'm not paying for the car till it's fixed. He said threatening me with storage cost. I decided to just pick up the car today. I took it to three other body shops. All three say that this is a quality job. DONT BE THE NEXT VICTIM! STAY AWAY FROM LIBERTYVILLE AUTO CITY!

    Called before about a car.Booked it.Scheduled the appointment,when i just came,manager copied my documents,and i was waiting 30 mins,then he came and said this car was just sold.I just spent around 2 hrs on my one day off just for know that this car was sold.Never more.Thanks

    Burning Down 70k Cars

    Don't Go to this dealership. they will literally burn down your car 5-10 miles after working on it, and then claim it wasn't their fault
