While servicing our Lexus at Mobile Lexus we were greeted with a smile and introduction from Peggy Saranthus, Service Manager. In any organization everything starts from the top down. It is easy to understand now why Mobile Lexus has achieved Elite Dealer status. Now I understand the obsessive desire from every service advisor at Mobile Lexus to make sure every Lexus vehicle serviced is handled with the upmost of technical knowledge and skill while maintaining a professional yet friendly atmosphere. Mobile Lexus could not have made a better choice than Peggy Saranthus to lead this team of professionals.. As Lexus enthusiasts, we have not encountered anyone other than Peggy Saranthus who took the time to not only acknowledge customers, but answered a few questions about Lexus and its continuing commitment to technological and safety. The first week of August, I called the service department twice in one day to make an appointment to take my Lexus in the next day for servicing. Both times I got the voice mail answering service and both times I left a detailed message that I was calling to make an appointment for the next day. Three days later, they returned the call! Today, the morning of August 26, I again called to try to make an appointment to take my car in tomorrow for servicing. I got the same voice mail and I left the same message. Here it is at 8:15 at night and again they have not had the courtesy to return the call. To heck with this! I'm in Montgomery occasionally and will start using their service department. And I will buy my next Lexus in Montgomery in 2021. It's unfortunate that Mobile has such a sorry Lexus dealer.

Previously they wouldn’t fix an issue under extended warranty because of the wheels even though the issue was unrelated to the wheels. Years back my transmission went out in my rx350 ( under warranty). It went out in front of the service road in front of their store and they made me pay a tow truck to haul it 200 feet. Worst service department and customer service I’ve dealt with.

But informed me that the car had already been sold. He said that I could check out their used car inventory so I did but didn't find anything else that I wanted to look at. So I never visited the dealership. The sales rep stayed in touch until I told him I was no longer in the market as I had already found another car that I liked and purchased. Can't speak on quality of service at dealership nor buying experience since I didn't visit the site not purchase a car from them. But would visit if I am in the market again and they have what I am looking for.
