    Lexus of Concord,CA. The customer service was great and Randi and Basir made everything Go smoothly. They answered every questions I had clearly so that when I left with my new vehicle I didn’t have any questions. I would definitely recommend if your looking for Lexus go to Lexus in Concord, CA and ask for Randi or Basir they will take care of you.

    My wife and I walked into the dealership looking for a used RX 350 and left the same day with a 2013 ES 350 with 13,500 miles. The car was perfect as well as the negotiations with Nadir, the excellent, experienced salesman who assisted us. Finally, done with the MBZ reliability nightmares!

    1. I understand the covid impact. 2. When calling to schedule told 1.5 hours 3. Checking in told 2 hours 4. Actual wait 2.5 hours 5. Excessive employee foot traffic/“hanging out” in service area. 6. If I am going to wait longer due to reduced employees, at least let it appear social distancing measures are being taken. Review is based off my experience for the past two years taking my car to lexus concord service. This time was bad. I expect a consistent quality experience with lexus.

    Love my new Lexus

    I recently purchased a new RX450h. Ron, our salesperson, was helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The financing person, however, was less personable. He knew my husband had an upcoming appointment, yet kept us waiting for a long time. He did not keep to the agreement we made, but was pushy and attempted to have my husband return to the facility after his appointment, which was impossible. His tactics to get me to purchase additional services were frustrating and persistent. I love the car, however, and would return to this dealer in the future.

    Jorge Delgado simply put is the best! Have been looking to purchase the LS500 for quite sometime now.     I've always been impressed by the level of customer service that I get from Bryan Passmore at Concord Lexus. First of all, when I call him, he automatically knows me and the car that I have. How many dealerships are able to recognize all their customers? I also know that the service recommendations that Bryan gives are the ones that my car needs, he's never tried to sell me on unnecessary repairs.
