    Nightmare

    Bought a car for Christmas. Paid cash. Received car I love it. Needed to get the title and when I ask for a title release they can't seem to get one to me and make excuses. Not the tags are dead and I can't get the title done. Seems fishy that a dealer can't get this done or can't return calls after a sale. Go somewhere else when looking for a car

    Poor Customer Service in Sales

    I had worked with the Sales manager to put together a deal for a 2016 Vette. However, the Title for the Vette had not been received by the dealership after 4 weeks so I held off on the deal. In good faith, I then decided that I would go ahead and gamble that the title would be in soon and go forward with putting money down to hold the car. I sent emails and left VM's with no response. I even sent an email to dealer VP's ---- nothing? Very bizarre. Never in my life has a salesperson not returned contact to make a sale. There is no 'missing information ' on my part. In other words, we never had a disagreement or any issues at all. The only "issue" was that I (justifiably) held off on closing the deal waiting for the title to arrive. A response to my offer would have been appropriate and no response at all was rude and uncalled for. I have since found a similar vehicle and completed a very good deal with pleasant people.

    Good experience. Very informative and repair was thus far to my satisfaction. Car returned as promised. Shuttle driver was very concerned about me having a ride back to the dealership to get my car.

    So relieved I purchased the tire warranty insurance! In one week, Michigan potholes gifted me with two flat tires. Mark Sepanski went above and beyond to repair one and replace the other. I live far from the dealer and first took it to the Cadillac dealer close to me but ultimately pulled it and had Mark meet me at my home. Best guy, ever!

    The dealership was not willing to negotiate on the sales price of the car. I had a Family First discount for a AWD ATS $38K car but they refused to do a similar deal for a $40K car. The salesperson I was working with was helpful enough but her boss wasn’t very helpful. At one point, they would not negotiate unless I came in personally, which I was not willing to do. I wanted to get an official price first before coming in. They did eventually provide the numbers but would still not tweak the sales price. Overall, would not recommend.

    Liars and Frauds!!

    Leased a car from Ali Reda 2 years ago. A white chevy Equinox for $200 a month with a $1000 down payment and 20,000 miles for 2 years. However, I received a bill from GM financial leasing for $290 citing "Excess Mileage." I knew I hadn't gone over my allotted mileage. So I called GM Financial thinking it was a simple mistake. Turns out Ali Reda put in the contract the lease as an ULTRA LOW MILEAGE lease with only 17,000 allowed miles. Thanks for the deceptive sales tricks...make sure you don't make the same mistake and go to Les Stanford. STAY AWAY!!!

    I have bought a lot of cars but this was my first Cadillac and I love it, I sent him a message though Car.com website he called me I went ti look at the car I test drove it and said I want it. the finance guy did the paper work and I had my new car in a 3 hours or maybe less.

    BEWARE EARLY LEASE TURN IN

    Myself as well as my husband went to the dealership to check on a car for our son to drive to college met salesman nice guy leased a new Malibu and used the early lease pull ahead program to turn in our truck did all the paper work all I thought was good. months later we receive a bill for 1836.32 dollars the truck was turned in 4 months early with the pull ahead program we were told all we would be billed for was over mileage and or damage it was under mileage and they do claim there was 155.31 in damages (no explanation of what these damages were or how the amount was figured) but we would have paid this and moved on. So we called GM financial spoke with Breon who said no problem he would contact the dealership and resolve as it was obviously a error in their paper work but I dont like to let things hang especially when concerning TRW so I tried to contact the finance manager to make sure it was being handled he did not return my calls so my husband went in and the finance mngr quickly tuned him back to the salesman rudely stating he didn't have time and it wasn't his mistake the sales man was clueless and wanted a copy of all the paperwork to try and fix(the paperwork or a copy of is obviously in the finance mngrs office) now a month later we receive another GM financial bill same thing call GM financial who have been very helpful on the phone and after speaking with a case manager who also did not know why the dealership has done nothing and connected me back to Breon who apologized and stated he had left numerous messages for the finance manager who is not returning his calls. I believe this as the same thing happened to me (Granted I kind of find that hard to believe as they hold a lot of power over a dealer I would think) So we tried to contact the manager of the dealership who we were told is in a meeting no return call as of yet but this is my first negative review of any co. I worry our TRW will be damaged and what more can we do to take care of this I have copies of the GM bills and notes of everyone who answered the phone BEWARE IF YOU ARE DOING A EARLY LEASE TURN IN.
