    They will sell a car out from under you.

    They are very nice, but be warned. I found a car that they had for sale and inquired about it. They asked when I could come and look at it but the AC compressor was bad. Me being a few hours away, I didnt want to take too much time off of work waiting on a car to be repaired before I went to look at it so I told them I wanted to wait until it was fixed. This went on for 3 days. I was VERY serious about purchasing the car and talked to the salesman and internet manager every day. This type of car is rarely found this clean. After they fixed the AC they found that they also needed to replace the EGR valve and was looking for one locally. The next time I heard from them was a text saying that they had just sold the car to someone else. I never asked them to hold the car as I thought it was being worked on and they we had an understanding that I would be the first one to look at the car once it was ready No. They will sell a car right out from under you just to move the inventory. If they are willing to do this then what other things are they hiding into your financing? If you are interested I guess you will have to sit at the dealership for it to be repaired in order to buy it. Another stealership bit me. Don't let them bite you too.

    I found a Nissan Frontier through cars.com at Lenoir City CDJM. We went to take a look at it. Frank Buster was the sales person that helped us with the test drive, answering all our questions. Frank Buster took us through the purchase process with no problems at all. The spare key was missing from the truck but he tracked it down from the previous owner and got the key to us.

    Before buying, salesman Frank Buster was in contact with me by phone and e-mail. When we arrived, he had vehicles ready for me to look at. Frank Buster was courteous and professional and ensured the at buying process was easy,( although the paperwork was lengthy. Very satisfied with the dealership and my new car. Highly recommend Lenoir City CDJR.

    I didn't appreciate being told that someone else was there deciding between the car I wanted to see and another after I drove an 1 1/2 to get to the dealership. Especially when I called about an hour before we got there and they told me they would get everything ready and call me if anything came up. I was told that was before the other people even showed up. So they can't call and let me know?? I drove 1 1/2 to come see that particular vehicle. Then while the people were deciding on which car their going to buy, they offer to let me drive it! Really?? So I can fall in love with it just to have someone else buy it? Then they wanted to sell be an older one that was about $4000 over my budget. I only wanted to see the car I came for! Next time, let people know before they get there. You wasted my time and money, Thanks!

    I went in to purchase a new vehicle. I was greeted quickly by Jeff Cooper. Jeff was helpful knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to introduce me to the service manager , Chris as well. The buying process went without any issues. The manager and the finance guy were spot-on too. In spite of the road construction and all that brings with it, the experience went extremely well. Great Dealership!

    Great service with a smile

    I was helped by a salesman by the name of "Buster", he was courteous and offered to help when I first walked on the lot. He came off as genuinely nice and waited for my response to each question or for me to ask a question instead of him just rambling facts or information I didn't understand. He showed me right to what I was looking for and from what I described he said the used and pre-owned vehicles would be a better choice. After showing me the different models, he asked if I would like to drive one or both (manual or automatic), we took the automatic for a drive down the road. I really got a good feel for the car and will most likely be back to get it. He did offer for me to test the manual but it was getting late and cold so I declined. He was very nice and knowledgeable of the different Wranglers. Thanks again

    I was very pleased with their service on two occasions. One for a problem I was having with my fob that another dealer could not figure out, and a second one for resetting the electronic controls for my transmission. Both were done properly with no push for extra work. Ken is service was honest and great to work with. I have to drive further to Lenior City than the closet Dodge dealer to me, but its worth it.

    Single handedly the worst!

    This was the worst customer service I have experienced in 49 years, hands down. Eduardo the part owner was arrogant and condescending, likening himself to a doctor and how the charge. Excuse me, this is car repair. $180 to remove grease from a coil that another Dodge dealership put on, truly pathetic. Save yourself the headache and find an honest mechanic.

    I had an excellent Wrangler buying experience with Jorge Adela Rosa. Very knowledgeable, extremely professional, as well as down to earth sales person. Definitely the best car buying experience thus far in my 30 years of auto shopping. I did pricing and negotiating over the phone. He answered all my questions and returned all/texts/calls with utmost urgency. I just went to the dealer, test drive the Wrangler and was out within about 30 minutes. Truly an amazing and satisfying experience from him! Thank you Jorge making me feel, important and valued!
