    Very bad quality vehicles, 38 000 miles and the door locks dont work, took my truck to len lyall chevrolet with appointment, and I was looking like in invisible, nobody was giving me attention, after they check my truck said warranty was expired, only 38 000 miles. I will continue buying Toyota came with100 000 real miles warranty and the customer service and attention nothing compared to this place. I will never come back or buy Chevrolet again.

    fast headlight replacement

    Had a headlight go out on trip though 5 states. Got me in overnight, quickly found the harness had also fused out, gave me a good dollar quote for the work, and all work done and back on the road in less than 2 hours. Thank you Fidel for the great customer service.

    Great dealership

    Brandon is a great sales rep for this company. After dealing with several other dealerships, and getting the typical back and forth with 2 or 3 managers to work on the numbers, this was a great change. The last dealer was even feeding us bad info on options for the car we wanted! Brandon was able to do most everything, only needing just 1 quick check with the tower. The paper work process was about an hour, and our family was surprised we were back in time to put the kids to bed!

    I have been doing business with Len Lyall for about 12 years and I highly recommend them. From the buying experience to service, the team and Len Lyall has always made the buying part fun and by providing great service at a great value, the service end is painless as well. I would not think of buying a vehicle anywhere else....but Len Lyall. Their tag line is true, drive East and pay the least, and I have friends who come from several other states to also buy from Len Lyall. Dan Johnson, the GM knows how to take care of the customer.

    I pulled in and was trying to find my coupon on my phone and the lady directing me in got irritated. I'm sorry but if you have a hang over don't take it out on me. Then I showed the coupon for $19.95 for an oil change before repairs started. No mention of my car taking different oil. Don't send me a coupon if it's not applicable. Must just apply to old cars. Service was great and timely but when I went to pay I was charged $45. I told the clerk I had a coupon for $19.95 so she charged me $35 instead. Thanks to Dan I got the $19.95 price. My family has bought several cars from Len Lyall. Three of my son's, myself and a friend we recommended. A total of about nine trucks and cars, most new. I recommend Dan for Sales but I won't be coming back unless I have to. The customer service person cheered up a little when I got back. I'm sorry if you don't like customers, work from home.
