    I felt a little rushed during the buying process, sometimes it was like they didn't want any questions, etc. but for the most part the process was positive and they did understand my needs. I did get the vehicle at a good price. Ervin was very nice, very patient, very pleasant to work with.

    No stress, No haggle?

    All the glowing reviews got our attention. We have been looking at CPO vehicles and decided to make contact. We called to ask the hours on a holiday. The receptionist transferred me to Sales (just to answer a question about the business hours!)? Then two separate people to answer our simple question. Before we could get the answer, they wanted to know why and what we are looking for. We were not ready to give this info, so we did not. The next day, we receive a call/voicemail from this dealership asking again what we needed, etc. Keep in mind that we gave no personal info. They obviously called based solely on the phone number in caller ID. We decided what vehicles we would like to test drive and we emailed the sales department. We received an email back outlining their business model and theory on why "no haggle" one price, that's it, would work for us. My husband and I already researched this trend in dealership tactics and knew we were not interested in a dealership who feeds this to their customer. It was almost comical when they voiced that they do not discount their autos more than $100 and that scenario is only if the customer passes on a gas fill up upon purchase. We definitely feel that every point of contact we had with this dealership was self-centered and not in the least consumer focused.

    I bought my 2011 GMC Yukon from Lehmers back in 2011 which was a great experience at the time also. Over the years Lehmers has been the only service facility that I take my vehicle to and each and every time the service has been spectacular, they know exactly what any issues are with your vehicle and tell you all the information you need. I would recommend this dealership for any service to your vehicle and also if your in the market to purchase one also.

    Our experience with Chico Dixon was a very refreshing and a gratifying. My husband and walk into Lenhers' dealership to purchase a new car. We met Chico and explained to him what our perfect car would look like. ....Blue Buick Enclave, fully loaded with a moon roof top. .... As we talked in details, Chico listen tentatively. We felt as if we have know him for years. He took the time and answered my many questions and walked us through all of the technology and showed us how it worked.
