    Late response to an enquiry about a used truck, and the dealer got the truck model wrong. Plus, the listing was old and although I never heard back from the dealer if it was sold, I'm pretty sure it was sold.

    Terrible business and service

    Just purchased a used vehicle from this place. The customer service was beyond terrible. We even took precautions and Started with getting a base line on numbers over the phone before driving a hr and a half. Rite away they begin Switching salesman on us. On the Test drive the guy hoped in a ride with us which was odd. Got to the desk to discuss numbers and it was near double what we spoke about before driving out. Sneaking in extra stuff we didn’t ask for and adding up charges for all oem vehicle options and anything past owners have done maintenance wise , After about 3 hrs, 3 salesmen, a manger,and a good 8-10 back and forth on numbers we got somewhere close. (An odd part is they all say the same thing in the same order as to be reading from a script.)Then to the finance office to wrap things up. The financial guy gives a price on a warranty package. Once agreed. He Printed all the papers to sign. Then he Doubled the warranty package, disbursing each part of the warranty package into there own cost. I removed it and had him reprint. This was a horrible experience for my wife and my 6 yr old daughter. It is a Very shady business and they have a really bad business model. I don’t recommend you waste your time as we did ours.

    Hard sell is all they’re after

    Hard sell with pressure to buy. I was passed on to another agent without proper seque I explained I was looking at best options from different dealers but I was not offered anything concrete by this dealership.

    Purchased a 2011 Ford Explorer. Was told the car had been safety inspected and was in excellent condition. Actually there is a severe leak, filling the spare tire well with water and causing the carpet to mold. In addition there is front end issues. I believe the dealership was aware of both of these issues.

    I would recommend this place to all my family and friends. They went above and beyond customer service. The sales agent was so kind to even pick us up from my house and I live in Tacoma and the dealership is in Burien. They work with me even though my credit wasn't so good. The process went so smooth. I got a really good deal on the car that I got with low monthly payments. So if you're looking for a new or used car this is the place to go. And I would refer you to my sales agent Roland. He is such a great guy I promise u won't be disappointed.
