    Keith Jones is hands down, the best commercial sales person I’ve ever met!!! He and the entire team at Lebanon Ford worked diligently to meet my needs and selection. George LeSueur was my first contact through the online service and worked with Keith to find what I was looking for. They worked toward providing me the best price for my New Ford F-250 XLT Super Duty Diesel. I have bought dozens of vehicles over the years here in New England and this was the best buying experience ever!! I will absolutely be a return customer! Thank you so much Keith!!!!

    Terrible Dealership

    If no stars were possible - that is all they would receive. We purchased a used Subaru Cross Trek from them in the summer. At the time the car looked good. During the sales process - they gave us an Auto Check report showing no accidents. We purchased the car - using finance provided via Lebanon Ford. Car has run fine and been ok. Fast forward six months. We're in the process of purchasing a new larger vehicle - as we found the Subaru a bit small for for us. We settle on a price for our new car. We then discuss trade. The owner of the dealership puts our information into CarFax and it comes back that it was in an accident - with frame damage resulting. He states unequivocally he doesn’t want our car - at all ! He said the safety factor - as the vehicle ages- and that potential purchasers will have trouble getting financing makes the car too big of a liability as a trade. So just like that - poof - we lost over a third to one half of the value of the vehicle. We followed up with Lebanon Ford. After a few phone calls and being punted further up the management chain - we have yet to talk with anyone who can help resolve what we feel is a fairly unjust situation. Its just been empty promises of "calling us back after discussions with our top manager” and “being here to help”...no one has ever called us back. Unfortunately, due to us purchasing the car as “as is” we are left with little recourse but to inform potential consumers about our experience with these people. Our feeling is that Lebanon Ford was not fully transparent with us as consumers . Had they been - we would have been presented with a CarFax report along with an Auto Check report at the times of sale. This would have enabled us -as consumers- to be fully informed as to what we were buying... a car that had been in an accident. When we finally find out , months later, about this and they are confronted by it - their lack of response to our concerns shows they don’t really care about you as a consumer once the sale has been made. To those reading this - be aware that Lebanon Ford owns other dealerships in the region- including St J. Subaru. Experience has shown that poor customer treatment always is a direct result of bad management.

    Poor Service

    I tried to schedule recall work back in May. After being told how much of a pain in the butt it is (how is this relevant?), we set an appointment for mid-July. When I showed up for that appointment, I was told they were backed up and wouldn't get to it for over a week. I was also told they Ford would only pay for a rental for 3 days. We reschedule for August. I dropped the car off and then received a phone call that they have to order parts. I picked the car up. The parts came in and we scheduled to bring it in today. When dropping the car off, I'm told it will take a couple of weeks. At this point, it's clear this dealership doesn't want to do the repair. I should have seen this coming after the first attempt at making an appointment. Facilities are stuck in the 90s. CRT TV, drip coffee.

    Horrendous! I called twice with no answer and than left a message per their website with a request for a date to have service on my Ford. I got an auto reply saying they would call as soon as possible. A week later and no call or email? I would NEVER buy a car from here and wonder why I paid for extra warranty on my car.

    Bought a used 2016 Ford Eacape on 2/1/18. I am amazed on how well my wife and I were greeted. There was never any pressure while working out the deal and felted very comfortable throughout the process. Our salesman was Paul Manning and we very much appreciated his nice personality and knowledge he showed.
