    Live in Nashville, purchased a car from Miller Ford in Draper, UT. Very impressed with Salesman Caleb W. His patience, thoroughness, communication, and attention to detail made the negotiating and purchasing process a breeze. I have never physically been to this dealership, but Caleb made us feel comfortable and confident buying from them. Highly recommend.

    Not only did they try and low ball my vehicle which was worth almost $1000 more in trade in value, they lied about the two cars that I wanted to test drive not being on the lot when they updated the ksl add the day I went in for the cars. They tried to shove me in a vehicle that was $2000 over my limit xxxx well knowing what my budget was but didn't care. To add insult to injury on this these xxxxers just sent me an email a week lateR with the same two vehicles that I wanted to test drive!!! But wait LHM I THOUGHT YOU GUYS HAD MAGICALLY SOLD THESE CARS THE DAY I WENT TO COME LOOK AT THEM!!!!! Shady shady shady shady shady xxx practices. If your going to ask your salespeople to lie about xxxx make sure you don't get them caught You have some slimy xxx salesman that work with you and due to this I will never ever work with LHM ever. I will gonoutnof state before I step foot on another LHM lot

    The buying process was pretty normal. Our salesman did the typical four boxes consisting of a down payment, trade in value, payments and price for vehicle. I truly hate the back and forth with the "sales manager" during this process. No matter what one may think, you're always going to get screwed, it's just a matter of how much you're willing to be. Over all, that process was not too bad. It was not untill we sat down with the finance guy when I became irritated. We already settled on what we were paying for the vehicle, how much we were getting for our trade and what our payments were going to be. These payments of course were higher than we wanted, but, we did agree. Once we got into the finance office we were given the extra warranty spill and so on. In my opinion, it's a brand new vehicle and and should last ten years without any problems. Back your product up right? After telling the guy we didn't want the warranty over and over, he didn't seem to understand. Ultimately, and reluctantly, we bought the cheapest warranty just to close the deal, although we felt pretty pressured. Other than that little incident, we are happy with the process.

    Way to long of a process for a slow day. Showed up around 1 left at 6 pm. Everybody was friendly but didn’t seem to communicate with where I was at in the process, once I agreed to the purchase.

    I recently serviced my Lincoln at the LHM Lincoln in Draper. Excellent service. Service consultant, Kevin Price, was very helpful, was very detailed in discussing services to be performed, was precise on time estimates, provided regular updates throughout the service, overall just excellent. Service quality was good, as I have come to expect from the luxury brand like Lincoln. All in all, very pleasant experience.
