  We had a good experience, I told them what I wanted my payment at, they got very close, The salesman was so nice. Didn't take that long from start to finish, we left Happy.

  Buyer Beware

  very nice staff here but cars are crap when you look closely. Looked at 5 cars and finally saw one I liked. Had it checked by my mechanic and Pages of codes in the red showed up. Brakes, a/c, drive train, shocks, suspension, seat position module, wiper blades, interior all had issues. Was willing to overlook minor or standard repairs but thousands worth... Also all fluids were and some had burning odor. Asking price was close to $10k. Seriously?? Would have given 4 stars on cust serv but when I arrived for test drive and inspection appt. Vehicle and paperwork were not ready so I was late for my appt with my mechanic. These guys obviously don't inspect the vehicles they are selling. Stay away.

  I've bought before at Happy Motors Lakewood and the dealers are always polite. I guess my only complaint is that the car needed a mirror, they didn't have it. It also needed air in the tires, and i asked if they could put some, their shop was closed or something so i think they just didn't want to do it. I straight up told the dealer to tell them thanks for nothing " too much for customer service". If you gonna brag about how much you care for customers, show them you actually do. Go the extra mile for your customers.

  Flint Turner helped me with my purchase of a used car and he was amazing! He listened, he understands how stressful the car buying process can be and he did everything he could to make it a pleasant experience. I am very happy with my new SUV and I would happily recommend Flint and Lakewood Happy Motors!

  Please make sure you look at the reviews of this company before you decide to buy a car from them. They boast an A on the BBB for smoke and mirrors. The several complaints on the BBB get overlooked by the used car dealership best friend. (The "AS-IS") Its extremely unfortunate that those with bad credit/no credit are forced to use the buy here pay here dealers like Happy Motors.

  AVOID THIS PLACE like the PLAGUE READ THE WARNING SIGNS STAY AWAY DANGER POISON HORRIBLE PLACE C R O O K S bought what I believed a decent vehicle 1500 miles later and $4500.00 out of pocket needs new tires new transmission new brakes oil pan replaced and the list goes on STAY AWAY DO NOT SHOP HERE
