    Great sales department! As of Feb., 2021 my Wrangler is 2 years old. Having a slight problem I made an appointment for several days ahead (almost a week). I arrived for my 10:00 AM appointment only to be told they were running 3 hours behind! How are you 3 hours behind when you've been open for 2 hours?? Very disappointed as I have been a customer for quite some time!

    Came to this lot due to my boyfriends old classmate working here and asked we try his place first before anywhere else when looking for a truck but little did we know he wasn’t there from the beginning and hadn’t been all week prior to setting us up an appointment. We get there and start working with another guy giving it a shot experience was great then but once paperwork was signed a major scratch was on the truck that wasn’t there prior to us signing paperwork. Not sure if a worker did this by mistake or who but it happened while we were signing papers. From here it just went down hill we had to chase down ppl contact multiple supervisors etc to get the truck scheduled to be fixed, then the truck wasn’t detailed like we were told it was full of dog hair under the seat and the tank was never filled as promised. Once we met up a week later to drop the truck off to get everything done that was promised we were given a rental until it was done. Fast forward a week and we go to get our vehicle look at the paint job it has a run in it but the truck has been detailed for the most part. We try talking to the manager Bruce about the run he ignores the statement pretty much. We get home with the vehicle to clean it up more than what was done and we find marijuana pieces all over the center console in the cubby part that wasn’t there when we drop the vehicle off and none of us smoke so there shouldn’t b something like that in our truck anyways also there was sticky stuff all over the cup holder it looked like in that section they had a party in our truck. Idk if this was the worker who came and got the truck or the people they allow paint their vehicles for them but someone is wrong for this to top it all off my boyfriends change he had stashed in the change holder was completely empty where thy stole all the money out of it. I took pics of everything and have reached out to the gm multiple times and nothing back I will never shop here and have let my entire family and friends know to never come here because this dealership out ya thru more bs than any other one has. We’re not ones to complain but my god enough is enough hire new help ppl

    I was looking for a new Ram 1500. Lake City had a good price on one. After spending 20 minutes on the phone with Jonathan, who was very nice , providing all of my personal information to buy the truck. I am told the advertised price was $8000 less than what they would sell me the car for. Cars.com should have better quality control than this.

    Worst dearlership ever watched them lie and ended up costing my son thousands when my son bought a truck there. There management is rude and unprofessional. They have zero customer service. Neither me or my son or and of our family will ever do business there again.
