by Vitor from Trenton mi | May 11, 2019WARNING DO NOT BUY A CAR OR TAKE YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE)There are nice to you when you buy a car or to take your money but if you go back for service you will be uhappy I took my car for oil change I had no oil leak 3 days after I noticed drops of oil under the car I took it back and the service manager (jim raj) was so rude and refused to help me had bad attitude and bad customer service told me I have to leave the dealership Because there's nothing he can do for me I think (Jim raj ) Very unprofessional and should not work with Customer service I will go somewhere else to service my cars. I will report it to BBB for bad customer service

Our repairs and recalls have been done in a reasonable amount of time. They stand behind their repairs if a problems comes up later. We appreciate being given options for repair should they be available. Staff are always polite and professional. We feel fortunate to have this service in our area.

Lafontaine responded promptly, listened to what I was looking for, found it in the color I wanted, and worked out a price no other dealer could match.
