    Our experience w Bryan was awesome! We were in the market for a car to gift to my father in law so we weren't trying to break the bank but still get something good. He was really patient w us. On our way to the dealership I had read some reviews about the good ol' "bait and switch" about their online inventory. We saw a car we were interested in and called to see if it was available, They said yes so we drove down fully expecting it to be gone to he quite honest. We were pleasantly surprised to see it was still available. We took it for a test drive and in the end we decided to upgrade after all. Definitely got a great deal and would highly recommend.

    Horrible Dealership ... Illegal practices!!!

    Horrible Dealership!!!! Liars, thieves and ILLEGAL practices! DO NOT PAY the $995.00 dealership fee they will attempt to ADD to the vehicle purchase price as ITS ILLEGAL to do such in the State of California under California Code 11713.1. AGAIN, DO NOT PAY THE DEALERSHIP FEE or made-up fees thereafter. THE DETAILS: As an out-of-state buyers, I wanted to buy an SUV with cash at the price they advised WITHOUT negotiating for a lower price as it was fair. Instead, the dealership was irritated at my mention of cash and instead ADDED a dealership fee of $995 plus additional misc. fees unexplained. When I challenged the salesmen about such ... I was referred to the manager named Albert. Upon, my discussion with Albert, I informed him that the practice of dealership fees is ILLEGAL in California, quickly he changed his story and agreed to immediately remove the fee and resent a final price quote. He then stated that I needed to pay a nonrefundable fee of $1000.00 and he couldn't hold the car until the weekend had concluded. I was a cash buyer willing to fly from Georgia to California to buy their vehicle and yet this dealerships greed got in the way! The moral of the story ... they are not interested in customers but only transactions. BAD DEALERSHIP!

    Buyer beware!!!

    Price seemed good. Carfax was clean. Photos of the car looked flawless. In person; the car CLEARLY had been in an accident (and poorly fixed). Not all accidents are reported. Plus, the car looked nothing like the photos .. honesty, I bet my bottom dollar the photos were a different car. Bottom line: if you can’t afford a used car from a “real dealer” or your credit is shot, just beware and be cautious. Other than that, these guys are just a larger sub par used lot. Looked very shady!

    They don't want to sell

    I went to test drive a vehicle and first of all they don't know what they are selling. I get there and no one is around to assist me, so I had to walk over to someone and tell them if they can help me. After they showed up they pulled the car and we test drove it and I asked the guy questions about the car and he knew nothing about the car, he just agreed to what I said. After we talked numbers they didn't even want to negotiate the price They were firm not even $5 off, and the vehicle has been sitting there for a couple months. Then after I find out that the vehicle was in an accident and they didn't even disclosed that to me, I had to find out for myself. I wont be buying from this dealer.

    Do yourself a favor and purchase a certified used car from a dealership. These people will rip you off and sell you a piece of crap. I purchased a vehicle 4 months ago and now I’m stuck with thousands of dollars of repairs and Toyota’s warranty nor the Extended Warranty Company will repair the car which should have been deemed a total loss. Don’t waste your time. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from these people nor will I refer anyone to them. Now I’m stuck with an unsafe and inoperable car.

    Dealer is unethical. There were many hidden accessory add-on costs that they would not mention to you. One rear door can’t be open from inside. They made you sign papers wo disclosing car damages from an accident, so make sure to read before signing. Overall bad experience.

    Terrible!

    Found a car online that appeared interesting so I contacted Andrew and, after several messages and a phone call arranged for a test drive appointment on Saturday morning at ten. It's over a 50 mile drive to the dealership for me, so my timing was a bit off. I arrived 40 minutes early to find the salesman was not there. Not really a problem since I was early but when I asked to see the car while I waited the salesman behind the counter brusquely said it was not at the dealership and would not be available to see until Tuesday. You think Andrew might have mentioned that before, or perhaps when we scheduled the test drive? Total waste of my time! An obvious attempt to drag me to the dealership to try and sell me another car. Very shady bunch.

    This dealer is out to get you...very dishonest, charges extra and unnecessary fees, bait and switch tactics, mandates LoJack, never disclose whats wrong with the car until the very last moment. steer away from this dealer
