    Everyone is very friendly and take the time to talk through service repairs with you. They always can work with my schedule and get me in right away. Getting your car serviced is never a highlight but when you go to Kruse Motors there's a silver lining knowing they will take care of you.

    I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I appreciate the diagnostics performed on my car. There is a major repair needed to be done on the engine and I did not get any explanation about as to how this happened; if this is common in this model; how soon I should have this repair done, etc. I just got the estimate and an answer about where this leakage is on the engine block. There was a failure on one diagnostic test and that was never explained to me. Have the service manager discuss these things to the owner if the technician is busy.
