    Great customer service!! The service department is very professional also! This dealer also recently remodeled the show room and it looks great! They are always updating the body styles on their cars and they keep looking better and better!

    We used Cars.com to narrow down a CX-9 for my wife. Our search took us to Kings Mazda in OH. We had a great buying experience with Alex Heyl and his team. We drove back to TN later that day with the exact CX-9 she wanted.

    Lack of respect for buyers time is pretty blatant

    After finally coming to an agreement to purchase a vehicle the ‘“fun” started. During the purchase process the sales professional asked at least 7 times for a review at the end of the process. Wait times to see the finance department to write a check for the balance of the car took over 2 1/2 hours , and they were not busy. Explanations for the dealership was that buying a car takes time and it happens at every dealership. I’ll say it again, Kings Mazda’s lack of respect for customers time is blatant. I gave 1 star because I couldn’t give 0

    Horrible experience never again

    I was going to buy a car with cash that did work for so they decided to pull my credit report without my authorization I worked to get my credit good not sence they did that it not good now if they don’t fix it my credit back to normal I want to do some legal actions against the dealership because it’s against the law for them to call my credit report with them authorization I didn’t not sing any paper work or nothing this happened 11/26/2019 I called you guys two or three times about this matter And no one to call me back about it I’m going to be contacting my lawyer about this situation If we don’t get Resolved immediately

    I hate buying cars! It can be such a hassle. Luckily, I had a great experience when I leased my new CX-5 from King Mazda. The service was excellent and the staff was very professional.     This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Art Husted was outstanding to work with, above and beyond. Jason Hume made the entire experience effortless, and Scott Wilson made the finances a walk in the park. Will go there for future auto needs!!

    Outstanding service and no pressure car buying!

    I was looking for a Subaru and a Mazda dealership was the last place I'd look. I saw the car I was gonna buy on carfax and saw it was located 2 hours away. Looking at the carfax, it had a detailed service record along with the proper maintanence and decided to called the dealership. Igor was the one that picked up and had him check it over for me and send pics of any blemishes so I wouldn't be surprised. I felt it was good enough to drive 2 hours and a few hours later, drove off the lot with my new baby. Thank you to the team that provided a no pressure and great buying experience!
