    YOU SOLD ME A CAR YOU DID NOT LEGALLY OWN AND REFUSE TO DO YOUR PART! I would never recommend this dealership or any Bayside dealership ever. I bought a car in April and the initial experience was great. Car ran well and we were in and out quickly. Two months later, after my temporary tags expired, I contact the dealership to see what is the hold on my registration. Turns out they didn't have the title when they sold me the car and still don't. THAT IS NOT LEGAL! IT IS ILLEGAL TO SELL A CAR WITHOUT A TITLE! I have contacted multiple managers several times (Both Chris's at the Kia Dealership and Kim from licensing and title office) about the issues and I am beyond fed up. They still don't have the title three months into "selling" me the vehicle. On top of that there were a few issues with the car (latch broken) we asked about getting serviced and they would not correct despite the other issues going on. Beyond dissatisfied. I am contacting a lawyer and they will be handling everything shortly. YOU SOLD ME A CAR YOU DID NOT LEGALLY OWN AND REFUSE TO DO YOUR PART!

    Great service all around

    First, I live in DC, so this dealership is far out of the way for me, but I am willing to make the trip because the service is just that great! I've purchased cars several times, and my experience has always been that the dealership will bend over backwards to please you in order to make the sale. But once the sale is made, you're treated like a second-class citizen. Not so here. Jon Soule was great and continues to keep in touch with me to remind me of my service. The service team is great (which is a rarity in my experience). Everyone here puts customer service first and I can't sing their praises enough!!!

    I had a really good experience working with Tevin Smith in buying a used car. He not only took the time to explain all the features of the car I was looking at, but he went above and beyond in every other aspect. He was extremely friendly and I would definitely recommend this dealership.

    Avoid Purchasing Warranty "JANUS/WARRANTECH"

    Buyers beware do not purchase the repair warranty "JANUS/WARRANTECH" with one or the other name listed in the agreement as they do not stand behind repairing your vehicle where you would like to have it repaired as it is stated. Further more they try at all cost to dispute your claim.

    Best car buying experience ever

    I recently purchased a used car from this dealership and my salesperson was Zobia. She was amazing from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. Her sales manager Chris Austin is amazing and diligent in making sure the customer is satisfied and gets the best deal available. I am truly a happy customer and will make sure to do future business with them. Thanks Zobia and Chris you guys ROCK!!!!!!!

    Outstanding Service from Service Department

    THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT THE SERVICE CENTER My second time in the service center and my experience was nothing short of outstanding!!! As a previous Lexus owner, I can tell you, while the service Department isn't as nice/flashy as Lindsay Lexus in Alexandria, VA.... the service itself and feedback I received from Kia of Waldorf today, far surpassed any services I received from Lindsay Lexus. Ryan W. listened and addressed every concern I had. He offered suggestions and gave lots of feedback. I was invited to take advantage of the free Wi-Fi as well as coffee, water and snacks. I left there feeling empowered and confident that when I go back, I will be in good hands. Kia of Waldorf has earned a 5 out of 5 star rating from me!!

    Classy move. Typical dealer. Kia of waldorf across best buy plssss guys stay away. None professional. Only care how much money you spend on the table. When somebody says will take care of you over and over. It means you getting f@&k. No customer care what's so ever.
