    I was asked when buying the car "how many miles do you drive per year, like 12,000?" I said sounds close enough. A month later I just got an email and text that says " we told you when purchasing your car that your 12,000 miles per year makes you ineligible for your warranty after 58 months. This was never said to me and the 12,000 miles per year was specified by the dealer when asked how many miles per year. This is a terrible way to do business and not fair to the consumer, I will never purchase another car from Kia for no other reason but the back handed way that was handled in the dealers favor and not up front with customer at all.

    Second purchase from Kia of Puyallup

    My husband and I went to Kia of Puyallup in February to trade in his car. We worked with Chris Simpson, and he had my husband in his new car within 2 hours. Jason Favors is a wonderful in Finance as well. He works hard to get people really good deals. So. This morning, I brought in my 2016 Kia Soul (I bought it from a competitor) to see if I could trade it for a better car. I met Chris Raico in the showroom. He asked what he could do for me, and I explained to him that I wanted to trade my car and that the new one had to have certain amenities...fog lights, heated seats, a good stereo system and above all, it could NOT be white! He showed me a couple of different cars, I settled on the Sportage, and he smiled and said that he knew of the perfect car for me. He brought it around, and it was BLUE. Fog lights, heated seats, and a good stereo. I was happy to deal with Jason Favors again as the financial wizard, and I walked out of the dealership the proud owner of a 2020 Kia Sportage. Thank you Chris and Jason! (and the drop down menu wouldn't let me choose Chris Raico's name, but he needs recognition! Thank you, Chris! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

    Sales people are an important part of my decision to return to any place of business. I have purchased 3 cars from Rich Purdy of Kia of Puyallup. Rich is an awesome sales person. No pressure and very knowledgeable of cars and preformance. All employees treat customers with respect. Very comfortable atmosphere.

    Will definitely recommend Kia of Puyallup to family and friends. Nice and honest people who seem to have best interest in my buying process, due diligent in answering and explaining all my questions, even the 'nagging' ones. Very nice and clean place, good facilities

    Great Service from Steve Kaiser!

    We came in early Saturday and Steve welcomed us warmly, asked us what we were looking to do today and we responded that we were looking for a sorrento or Sportage. He took us out and we spent about 30 minutes or so looking at different vehicles, He also brought our attention to the new souls as well, and those were impressive vehicles. We test drove 3 vehicles, 2 sorrento and a soul, all the while Steve was extremely knowledgeable about the questions we asked and was warm and friendly the entire time. Once we made it back to his desk, we started to work on buying the car, he offered several times if we needed a drink or some snacks, and that was appreciated! When the initial numbers came back, we were a little taken back, but Steve told us he would go back and try to make the numbers work out a bit better. In the end we got the car we wanted for the price that we were good with. We were there a long time, but Steve made us feel comfortable and we shared some family stories in some of the down times. We appreciate dealerships where we can feel comfortable and that is definitely Kia of Puyallup,!

    Great Experience, Great Car, Great Overall!

    Having just moved from Alaska, I knew I wanted a vehicle that could withstand the many elements of the PNW (and arctic). My goal was to buy used, however; after searching I was feeling down about my findings. On our way home my dad and I walked into Kia of Puyallup (I had seen a used Sportage and knew it was what I wanted). With just intentions of looking, we were greeted by Scott. Scott led us through the various used Kia Sportage cars. Scott was incredibly kind, informed, and patient with my many questions. After speaking with Scott for roughly an hour, I walked away knowing I wanted a night to sleep on it. 9am the next morning I showed up, eager and excited to continue working with Scott on buying my new (used) 2019 Kia Sportage. Thank you to everyone at Kia of Puyallup for making me feel comfortable, informed, and excited about my new purchase! Time to go adventure!!

    Great customer service, even after your car purcha

    We bought our two optimas from Kia of Puyallup a year ago. They make you feel like you are still a very important part of the puzzle. By far the best dealership we have ever dealt with. The service department is very fast they are very curtious. We already said, when we decide to upgrade, we will not even have to think about returning to Kia of Puyallup. They also give 20yr, 200,000 mile warranties. Free oil changes for life, free wash and vacuum as well. My last kia came from Tacoma. It was a nightmare from beginning, till I traded it in at Kia of Puyallup. Cant say enough good about those guy's in Puyallup
