  As a first time buyer, I was a bit nervous as well as afraid to commit myself into purchasing a vehicle overall. The fact that I had already experienced bad service from a previous location was making things worst. After being recommended by a friend, I decided to give them an opportunity and see if we can possibly come to an agreement on my specific price range. The service provide was extremely welcoming, pleasant and satisfying. I was able to purchase my brand new vehicle with a low monthly payment, leather interior and the exact color that I was interested in. I would recommend possibly providing snacks for the customers since the process can take some time but overall, I was extremely content with the service provided to me by Kia of Alhambra.

  I helped my daughter buy her first used car and the staff was very patient and helpful. She was nervous and they put at ease. We did do our research and knew we were getting a great deal. Since then we have returned to get the car its regular service and the whole staff is great. I highly recommend them.

  I spoke with a very sweet saleswoman and then her manager got involved and cost her the sale. The manager treated me like an idiot despite the fact that I told her I was preapproved. Seriously shady. I won't be back and will buy my Kia from another dealership.
