  My go to service adviser, Alberto went above and beyond to help me out. Not only did he give me a coupon price for my service, but he even quickly changed my burnt out brake light for me (with a bulb that I had).

  Gus the person that signed me in was really good. He was professional and very helpful. It was my first time at KIA, he helped me out since I didn't buy the KIA Seltos from this dealer, I needed to get access to my maintenance package...he helped me. My car wash really not washed though. Very long wait for what seemed was just a spray of water that dried as I can see water spots and dust on my back window.
