  Wow! KIA of Alhambra is so great! Brought my KIA Soul in because my husband hit a trash can and broke passenger side mirror. Part was in stock and fixed faster than estimated! Everyone was so helpful! The car was so clean when we picked it up! Our family loves and trusts KIA of Alhambra!!!

  Bait and switch

  This is the second time I’ve visited their service center. They advertise a $24.95 lube, oil, and filter change on their website. The first time I visited, I was charged $42 for a package that included a tire rotation. Today, I visited again, and I was charged $38.76 but that was without a tire rotation. I asked the employee charging me if they were honoring the $24.95 price and she assured me they were. She said that the price doesn’t include labor or taxes. That’s insane. When I look at the coupon, it says taxes not included in price but nothing about labor. The coupon says the price includes includes an engine oil change (not just the cost of oil). I didn’t want to make a scene so I just paid. I called to speak with the service manager, but the person that answered said the manager was on lunch. I asked for a call back and never got one. I will update this review if they ever call me back.

  I didn’t wait to long upon arrival, if I had any question about my vehicle during service there where multiple service people to answer my question. Alberto took care of me, super efficient and friendly. I’m glad I took my car to this dealership.

  Stephen checked my car in right away. He let me know there was a recall and would take a bit longer. When I came to pick up my car it was washed and ready to go. Stephen was very friendly and helpful.

  Alberto is incredible. He remembers my name, treats me like a VIP , and always is very honest about what needs to be done . I come back to this particular Kia dealership because of Alberto . I live between Alhambra Kia and another Kia dealership and I chose to go see Alberto because of his service .

  My go to service adviser, Alberto went above and beyond to help me out. Not only did he give me a coupon price for my service, but he even quickly changed my burnt out brake light for me (with a bulb that I had).
