    Never Again!! This place got me good and proper... On August 27, 2020 I went to Keyes Audi because the gas flap on my Audi would not open. I had work the next day and needed to put gas in my car in order to make it there. When I arrived I spoke to a service technician who informed me it would cost $500 to fix the issue. The technician did not offer another option, and of course I had no choice but to fix this issue, so I agreed to the solution offered. I can only presume the technician had every intention of taking advantage of me, only giving a very expensive ($500) option to fix this. ***Side note - I, like many others during this pandemic, had not worked in a while, so money is tight and I was very eager to get this work done to my car, as I really needed to be able to work the following morning*** To add insult to injury, the MSRP charges on the invoice were more expensive than the MSRP on Keyes Audi website!! So in addition to essentially ripping me off and taking advantage of a person during a time when everyone is experiencing financial hardship, Keyes also charged more for the parts used to fix the car than advertised. When I looked at my invoice, I then went online to find the discrepancies in price and called the service technician, who referred me to his boss, HUGO TORRES, who told me there is nothing that can be done because the invoice was already paid, and that he would "take care of me" next time he came in. WHY WOULD I EVER GO BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP?? Hugo was not willing to help, even though the difference in prices for the parts were less than $100. KEY POINTS: There was only a very expensive option offered when a customer was stuck because the gas flap wouldn't open The MSRP was wrongfully charged, with a different price on the invoice vs the website Hugo Torres would rather tell a customer that he cannot help them and keep a customer for the life of a car instead of doing what is right and reimbursing the money (less than $100). - This was the biggest wrongdoing in my opinion. If Hugo would simply reach out to me and reimburse for the difference in MSRP - as stated clearly on their website, I would happily add that resolution to my review, although I continue to feel that Keyes Audi does not have the customers best interest in mind.

    SERVICE IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND AT KEYES AUDI

    I think when I bought my car in 2016 someone else was managing the service department. But thinks went south dramatically last year and if possible it might be worse this year. Got here at 9:30 for a service and a recall. The recall was supposed to take an hour. At 11:30 after not seeing my rep for 2 hours I sent a text as I was supposed to. No response. I kept checking his desk but he was nowhere to be found. He finally go back a few minutes after 12. I asked him when my car would be ready (same thing I asked in my text). It’s 12:42 and I’ve heard nothing and seen no one. I live in Studio City which is a lot closer than Pasadena. But I won’t come back here again. So either I go to Pasadena or I get rid of my Audi and not buy another one.

    Dealership stepped up after initial issues

    After having issues with a brand new car and lack of support from the service department the manager stepped up to resolve the issue. It should never have come to this, but at least we felt like they genuinely are trying to correct the problems we had.

    Raised the price after agreeing on a firm price.

    The used car manager, Dennis, was not nice, very mean spirited. My used car salesman, Manny, would not stand up for me. After agreeing to the price he said the car is ready and I should come by to get it. When I arrived to buy it, he raised the price $2200. Unbelievable!

    Joe, one of the service managers, has been super helpful to me during my past few visits. I had my car serviced, and a few weeks later, there was an issue with a potential oil leak. I was in the area, and even though it was past working hours, he told me to bring my car in so that he could check it out. He and his team was able to diagnose the issue and fix the problem without charging me. This is truly great service. Audi should be thankful to have a manager like him.

    Excellent service and easiest car buying process. I was looking to upgrade my A4 to an A6 and purchased a used A6. I worked with Alex( Asef) who was very attentive to the details that were important and pleasant to interact it. The process was swift and painless. Alex is great!!! 100% satisfied with car buying process and the purchase.

    Horrible service and bad experience

    Lost another deal to RUSNAK. What a shame. Lost precious time that I'll never get back. After receiving a rediculous offer I left and went to RUSNAK next day and got a great deal on an Audi lease. Stay away from this dealer if you care to save time, money and frustration. This is where the dumb money goes.

    I was told that the voice activation on the Navigation System was available. After I bought the cat I was told by the service dept that was not true. I paid for LoJack when the car already had it and could just be activated. It seems that the people working there do not really know their cars. I will continue to try to work this out with the company but my first try was unsuccessful.
