One night on my way home from work, my car started to run rough, and lose power. I was able to nurse the car home and i called the dealer. After talking with drew we decided it would be best to have the car towed in the morning. This was on a wednesday, we asked if they had a loaner car and at that time they did not. But by friday they were able to get us one. But the problem was both of us work long days and were unable to pick up the car. This is were their caring about there customers comes into play, the took the time out of their day and brought the car to were my wife works. This is just one of the ways they go above and beyond for there customers. They whole service team is just very caring. Thank you very much.

Drew was able to find us a loaner car for that afternoon. At first the car was not showing the problem, but after they drove it and looked in to in they found the problem and told us to keep the car until he called us telling us it was ready for pick-up, the whole service team is very professional. we highly recommend ken pollock volvo. we are volvo 4 life

After over two weeks, three different people I finally get some photos, and on that same day they tell me the price has gone up $3000 from when we first spoke... Call me crazy, but that sounds like a bait and switch?!? I’ve worked in sales for years and this is not how you earn people’s business. Disappointed to say the least after wasting weeks of back and forth messages over this truck. Random sales guy number 3 could care less and told me he could ask his sales manager but doesn’t think they’ll honor it. Wow!!! Would love to hear what the manager has to say.

Service advisor Drew addressed my concerns satisfactorily and assured me that my car would be serviced according to Volvo standards and be ready the next day.
