    Two oil changes ago, the technician cross-threaded the oil filter and when I came back in they supposedly fixed it. It still leaked. The following oil change, I asked them to look at everything to find out why it is still leaking. I was told they couldn't find a leak. Still leaking. I have to top off the oil monthly as well as continually clean an oil stain on the floor of my garage. No issues prior to this with ANY leaks or having to top off. EXTREMELY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED. CONTINUALLY TRIED TO CALL IN TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER AND WAS ONLY ABLE TO LEAVE MESSAGES BECAUSE THE MANAGER WAS NEVER IN. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN CALL.

    This was absolutely the worst experience ever! If course they were Johnny on the Spot until we signed the final line. 1 week after purchasing our “certified” vehicle it had to be towed back because it wouldn’t start. They did get the accessories we paid for done while it was there but when we got it home realized the windshield was chipped that they just put $300 of tint on. The next time we’re started the truck it had a new noise! The truck had spent more time in their shop than in my possession since buying it! And just try and call and talk to someone...you just get sent from one voicemail to another to another. So completely frustrating. I cannot get a hold of anyone to even try and fix this problem. Or should I say series of never ending problems.

    We live out of state but found the van we wanted on their lot. We called the dealership, put down $500 and did the finance application online. Flew in to Salt Lake was picked up at the airport signed papers and was on our way. Such a good experience we would buy another vehicle from them even thought its a 10hr drive home.

    Purchased a new 2018 Fiat on may23, 2019. The unit was delivered without PDI (which is the dealer inspection of the car before sell), no floor mats, no owners manual, Navigation not activated as required. Contacted Spencer sale person, who apologize and assure me the items missing will be sent out right away and for me to go to a dealer near me for the Nav activation. After calling several times and leave messages, now three weeks, no return calls, no missing items and the dealer I went to said I should get the card from them and they will install it for me. After paying cash for this car, still have not heard from them. Finally, decided to write to FiatUSA for help, hope to hear from them soon. Definitely would not recommend this dealer. TM

    I inquired about a used F250. As an out of state buyer I was concerned about mechanical issues since the drive back would be 600 miles. The sales manager went out of her way to get the vehicle in for a closer inspection. As it turns out, the vehicle had issues and was not worth pursuing. I appreciate the efforts and professionalism of their sales department.

    Worst dealership EVER

    Sold us a truck with multiple issues. Came in for seat covers and door panels. Sat for 8 hours and all they did was the seat covers. Said they did oil change but same filter is still on. Did not do the oil change.

    By the far the worst car service experience I have ever had. Forgot to pick me up. Didn’t have my car looked a ton until 2p stuck without a rental because they forgot to pick me up in time to pick one up. No communication on enterprise option until they closed in 45 minutes which would have totally worked if they didn’t forget to pick me up. Told me they were leaving right away guy shows up over an hour later.

    Dealing with the service department has been nothing short of terrible. I have brought my Jeep in for the same code error that triggers my cherck engine light and for white smoke coming out of my vents 2 prior times (I have even shown the tech a video as the issue does not always present itself). They have had my jeep for 3 days, each day I have called for an update and have gotten attitude from the person assigned to me despite explaining to her that I am not concerned about the length of time needed for the repair but that I just want to be updated/ in the loop and that seemed like it was too much to ask. I called again this morning (3rd day) and was told "oh your car is done" I asked when it was done as I didn't receive a call and when I called and texted the day prior no one returned my call or text and she said she was not sure. The solution to the issue was that the code was an error and they reset the system and are giving it back. They did not have an answer for the white smoke or the fact that the code keeps coming up and triggering my check engine light so resetting it doesn't really fix anything and she basically said "oh well." When I asked to speak to the technician just to follow up and get a clear description of the code it was reading and what all was looked at etc.. I was told he is too busy for a 5 minute phone call. I HATE servicing my Jeep here and am so frustrated that it's the only location I can take it to for warranty work.
