    We were looking to purchase a 17 Rogue SV. Prices are as good or better than anyone in 50 mile radius. I looked for 2 months. John was down to earth and not pushy, gave us time and space to discuss details of purchasing the SUV. Long story short, due to policy of financing with my credit union we were not able to purchase the SUV at this time. Ted, the sales manager, reached out to us to see if there was anything he could do to help us finalize the deal, but it just wasn't possible at this time. He was not pushy, listened to what I had to say and was very professional. I would recommend dealing with either or both of these two individuals.

    This dealer is showing multiple incorrect prices on cars.com. I called them to say I would like to buy the car at the price shown and they say the cars.com ads are screwed up by cars.com. Their price is $4000 more.

    2016 Ford Escape

    I was looking for a used SUV for under $20,000 and with less than 50,000 miles on it. I was between a GMC Terrain or this Ford Escape and I ended up going with the Escape. Ken Ganley Nissan happened to be running a great deal on this 2016 Ford Escape Titanium which had 40,000 miles on it. Rose was nice enough and so was the financing guy (I don't remember his name) though the dealership was a little pushy with getting the certified warranty on it. Also it seemed no one we talked to knew much about the escape and its features even though it had been on their lot for at least some months according to them. I understand it isn't their brand they typically sell but you would figure at least 1 person should know about it. The main reason I don't recommend the dealership is on the pure fact that I am not a fan of the Ganley dealership brand due to the way they run their business in that they won't accomodate to the customers needs even a little from my experience with them. All the free services they offer you for buying a vehicle from them only works at their specific Ganley branch and can't be used at other Ganley owned dealerships. Again this is a problem with Ganley as a whole not just Ken Ganley Nissan.

    tried buying a car they pulled the "someone else is coming to look at it" have to buy it RIGHT now. This is the oldest line in the book putting the pressure on a customer.

    Tried to purchase a used vehicle. Had an appointment with a rep who would not see us when we got there. Saw another rep. When i asked if price was negotiable I was told o and asked to leave. Treated very rudely.

    Took my car in for oil change and rotate, Service failed to change sticker and update milage to next oil change. Failed to fill washer solvent and did not put current mileage on Repair order.

    Selling a car with 3000 Miles as new.

    Emailed and talked over the phone with Judy, when arrived onsite, discovered that the car is a demo, and has over 3000 miles on the odometer, I knew exactly what i am looking for, and repeatedly told them I am not looking to waste their time, or waste mine, so i need to know right away what is the sale price of the car, as we now know it is not new. the sales rep completely ignored my requests to get first to a price of the new car, before even starting to talk about a trade in, as i know that thats how dealers flip things around, making you think you get a good deal, at some point I just left, feeling cheated. not recommended.

    I was in to buy a 2018 Nissan Rogue. After getting appraisal for my car and doing my homework on the Rogue which had a internet price of 24,685 the sales associate prices it out and comes to me with a price for the car over $27,000. When I asked him why he would bring me a price over $2,400 more than the online price he stated that they must of forgot some rebates. They didn't forget they are a dishonest, deceitful dealership. I would stay far away from buying a car here.

    Salesman respectfully asked my budget payment amount. When sales rep went to manager desk with offer they all started laughing. My budget amount was not a low ball or ignorant offer. Manager came back and discussed options. Mostly the manger option was they will not work with me and I should leave. I will just continue to drive further away to a dealership than work with a local one.
