    First off, let me start by saying I own a 2008 Infiniti with 9K miles and has been serviced yearly at the Infiniti dealership in Chicago, where I purchased it. I had moved back to Boston and took my car in for an oil change three months ago, and was informed car is in perfect condition. Since being in MA, I am driving more often and have put on 3k miles since my last oil change, so I took it in again. This time, I was told that I need new tires, my fluids are leaking my batteries is dying, my wipers are gone for a total expense of approximately $4K. My battery was replaced before I left Chicago approximately 6/2020 along with the wipers, which I have all the receipts for. When I told them to just do the oil change and because they are stating battery is critical, I said change it but since it is under warrantee, it should be free, which they did, but they didn't realize it was so new. They were out for money! Beware of Kelly Infiniti. None of what they suggested was wrong is wrong. They are just out for the money. I WOULD NEVER BE BACK THERE! Not for service and not to buy a new car.

    I brought my Infiniti M37X for service and state inspection. During this pandemic time, I was quite apprehensive to come in for the work. And yet, I really wanted an LOF, new tires and the state inspection. Making an appointment gave me reassurance that my needs would be accommodated. I was warmly greeted by Jim Savage, checked in with Danny Ventura and went over the necessary work items, and then waited for updates. The service department thoroughly examined the car and determined other needed work (such as rear brakes, in cabin and engine air filters, new Cv boot and a leaking transfer case seal}. An unexpected surprise was an ongoing tire sale at Kelly Infiniti until the end of April (buy 3 new tires and get a 4th tire for a dollar more). I thought this is a great deal that couldn't be missed - and I wanted new tires anyway. So, perfect timing! Overall, the Kelly Infiniti team were fantastic. No issues at all! Lisa (the general manager) was very friendly and cordial and offered folks waiting that they could sit wherever they felt safe and comfortable. The waiting room area was clean and bright. Lisa even asked folks if they wanted to watch something else on TV. Very nice touch in these times! Maria (the receptionist and cashier) was very friendly and processed my check-out quickly. She is also terrific. I needed a loaner since a part needed to be ordered. Great QX60 loaner (especially with the brutal winds today). The part came in the next morning and all work was done by mid-morning. Kudos to everyone at Kelly Infiniti, especially the service department and management team! They are a great asset to the Kelly Auto Group companies. Thank you for everything!

    Found the Outlander on cargurus. Salesman Luis was attentive and easy to work with. Kelley infinity addressed all my concerns above and beyond. . The Finance guy was fantastic working to get my daughter (no credit history) a great rate Saving me and my daughter extra hassles. Car was ready when they said it would be. Even after paper passed Luis was still on top of things and communicating regularly. This a Gold 5 plus Star dealership.

    Great customer Service, got my brake pads and rotors replaced and fitted me in really quickly. Comfortable reception with WiFi, tea and coffee so you can work easily if you have to wait. I was helped by Pete and Pete kept in contact throughout and explained thoroughly about each repaired items. (Thank you, Pete!)
