    Lousy service and unresponsive sales staff. I was in the market for a vehicle and was ready to buy. I knew exactly what I wanted, no trade and excellent credit. However, I wanted to get an out the door price over the phone before I drove 50 miles one way to finalize the deal. You know Covid and al plus I've been burned before on these internet prices only to find out there are thousands in doc fees, prep fees, Window tinting, etc. I sent an email Sunday night, received a scheduling call Monday. I explained what I wanted and to have a sales manager call me. Nothing. Called back Tuesday when they opened and again at 2 pm. Both times explained to the folks that answered the phone what I wanted to do. They kept begging me to come in. I said that's not what I wanted. No call back by 3 PM. Found the same make, model and colors via the internet at Joe Maus Mazda. Sent e-mail at 2PM. Had an out the door price by 2:45PM, fresh pictures via text as well. Went to dealer at 5 PM did a test drive looked at couple others and had a done deal at 6:30. One can only assume that Keffer has something to hide in their pricing or has so much business they don't care whether they respond to customers. BTW we are Wednesday at 10:30 and no call yet.

    Yeorgios the service consultant was fantastic. I had my 2019 Mazda CX-5 in for service and Yeorgios kept me up to date on the progress. Best customer service all the way around. I have bought 2 cars from Keffer Mazda and will be there again.

    After requesting info on used car, I got an email from Gene Khaytin (General Manager). I was told if you need further assistance please reach out to me. I did for 2 days through (3) emails, NO RESPONSE. No salesman or Gene contacted me at all. I work through contacts etc. by social media or emails. I have never seen this display of no service when you need a used car.

    Great facility... BUT... Finance Dept is beyond shady. Salesman was great... But finance tries their best to stick in things and see if you notice. PAY Attention! We had a deal, shook hands, signed off on it, and in the middle of going over contract and signing paperwork, numbers were completely different than what was mutually agreed upon. No integrity what so ever. All car dealers are shady to a degree, it's a business I get that, but geeez Keffer Mazda is on another level. Give someone else your business!

    Where do all of these great reviews come from? These guys suck and they know it and don’t care. Stay away. Shady dealings and tactics. By the way, most of the salesmen are great and they know what’s going on but can’t do anything about it. Zero stars.

    Can't Even Get Service wihtout Sales Harassing You

    A horrible place! Just the most awful sales people. We didn't even buy our Mazda from them. We just use their service department. But we still get harassed by their sales people. It's crazy! Leave us the F alone and do the job your being paid to do!!!! Wish we never bought a dam Mazda now because of the "Keefer" experience. As side. They are trying to pull off a typical sales scam where they say they "need" to buy your car because "they need it for inventory". First off they don't give you full value for your car. Obviously. Then they sell you one of their cars over value, no duh right. You also need to finance through them- no negotiating that. Then they sell your car for more than you got from them. They profit so much on this scam. If you're dumb enough to fall for it that is. I'll be selling my Mazda soon as the dealers just seem like shady crooks!

    Keffer is a beautiful dealership with very friendly people. I made the mistake of believing that because it is a reputable dealership, a car would be thoroughly checked out before being put on the lot. It was not. After the purchase, I took the car to a dealership that sold this brand. When the car was put on the lift, clearly obvious items were discovered. A brake sensor had been disconnected, a wheel had been bent and there were obvious hammer marks where it had been streightened, there was an oil leak...and 1 qt too much oil in the car (making up for the leak, maybe?) Assuming Keffer had thoroughly check the car prior to sale was an expensive assumption on my part!
