    Over the past seven years I have purchased 4 new vehicles from the Sullivan group and most recently a new Truck. All of my experiences where without question outstanding. Everyone I dealt with seem to know there part of the process extremely well. I was treated with respect and if I was told or promised anything I got it and usually faster or better than I expected. A special thanks to my salesman Jerry Elliott. He knew everything about my new truck and his boss Mr. Wood for making this purchase fast and affordable.     My husband and I were upside down on our vehicle with a VERY high interest rate loan. We got an email quote on a Grand Caravan but was more interested in another suggested vehicle. After recieving horrible offers at another dealership the night before our hopes were not high but decided we would check it out. We loved the 2013 Grand Caravan Sxt they suggested and the price was great. Jerry and JD immediately got to work on making the best deal for us. We were SHOCKED when they were able to get us an interest rate that was 10% LOWER than what the other dealership offered. They didnt stop working the numbers until we got the deal of a lifetime! Now we have a BEAUTIFUL new car and a FANTASTIC low interest rate loan. I got the piece of mind that Dodge offers with their amazing warranty, roadside assistance, and LoJack to boot! Everything a parent needs to feel confident of the road. Thank you guys so much for all your hard work. We look forward to getting our next new car this following year at your new location in Yuba.

    I can honestly say that," Out of all my experiences with purchasing a vehicle, Jeremy Eischeid was the most pleasant salesman to work with." Through the entire process I felt comfortable. Jeremy was very informative with his knowledge of the vehicle I wanted to buy. During our test drive his focus was telling us about all the features the car had and saved the purchasing discussion for when we returned to the dealership. Even then his professionalism as a salesperson made my experience of purchasing my first brand new car a remember-able event..Thank You Jeremy!!!

    A Great Buying Experience

    I had been looking for a SUV for the past six months and researching the ones that I wanted. Through my research I decided that a Jeep Grand Cherokee looked promising. So I decided to stop by and ask some questions. I liked what I saw and with the help and knowledge about the car and his enthusiasm I bought it from Jeremy Eischeid, my guide in this buying process. I love the vehicle and it is a great ride, smooth and quite. JEREMY went out of his way to get a great deal. He goes the extra mile. Thank you, JEREMY and John L. Sullivan. For a good sales representative ask for JEREMY EISHELD, he will take care of you.     Worst vehicle service I have ever had!!!

    I have a 2005 Dodge Ram Diesel that I bought new and have always had serviced at certified Dodge service centers. I have had some bad experiences but nothing worth writing about until this one. I had an appointment at 9:15 am on a weekday for an OIL CHANGE and was told by the person booking that it should take about 1 hour for the complete service. I was also told this at check in time. I got there early and was not greeted, I found a representative and he did the usual paperwork, and I went what they call a waiting area. I could see my Dodge and I sat in the same spot at check in for 45 minutes then was it was started and moved it was just moved forward so other vehicles could come in. The OIL CHANGE took 3 hours, I was never told of the status during that time, they had one service technician working on 3 vehicles at one time, I watched him do this from the door of the waiting area. All together he spent maybe 10 minutes total working on my Dodge. When it was given to me I checked the windshield wiper fluid and it was only half full, the antifreeze was not filled up to the required level, the tires were not checked and not set at FEDERALLY MANDATED pressures, and one of the deer whistles on the front was BROKEN OFF AND MISSING. I went into the service area and it there was NOBODY THERE, let me say this again, there was NOBODY THERE. I could not show the low fluids and the missing deer whistle and I did not check the tire pressures until the next morning when the tires were cold as required. They obviously do not care about anyone or anything and I will never go there again. I contacted them using email and told them the above and they wanted more information on me and said that something would be done. DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH.
