They said they would go get it and it would take 1:15 hours but it ended up taking 2:45 hours since my appointment time just to see the car. The whole time, they were telling me the car was 15-25 minutes away. The buying process was horrible. It was slow and even though they knew I was upset and needed to leave soon, they kept trying to negotiate more add-ons to the car. Stay away!

I sent text to salesman Andy about missing cover and with additional documentation he said was critical to get to him for my credit union lender. I called to see if he got the text and income info. I was told by Guadalupe he was "with a customer" and would call me back. No call the rest of the evening. Next day, i called to see if he got my text. I was told he was "out till thursday." I was transferred to Mike who transferred me to another guy "who would know that answer." This guy - unidentified, said - ----- Andy was there now.! I explained I was driving home from work and would lose reception in about 10 minutes - he said he'd have Andy call in 5. No call back. I pulled off road and explained to Nancy that i was stopped on side of road waiting for someone to answer the phone and my question. She said she'd get Andy. No one came to phone for 5 more minutes. I hung up and drove on home. No-one called for the rest of the evening. Haven't had this inconsiderate and disrespectful treatment from a car dealer for about 40 years. Ladies beware.
