  Dishonest and slow

  I spent 5 hours at this place. The car wasn't even at the dealership even though I had made an appointment. They said they would go get it and it would take 1:15 hours but it ended up taking 2:45 hours since my appointment time just to see the car. The whole time, they were telling me the car was 15-25 minutes away. The buying process was horrible. It was slow and even though they knew I was upset and needed to leave soon, they kept trying to negotiate more add-ons to the car. Stay away!

  Disrespectful to women's customers

  Car was allowed to leave the lot with no trunk cover over spare. I sent text to salesman Andy about missing cover and with additional documentation he said was critical to get to him for my credit union lender. I called to see if he got the text and income info. I was told by Guadalupe he was "with a customer" and would call me back. No call the rest of the evening. Next day, i called to see if he got my text. I was told he was "out till thursday." I was transferred to Mike who transferred me to another guy "who would know that answer." This guy - unidentified, said - ----- Andy was there now.! I explained I was driving home from work and would lose reception in about 10 minutes - he said he'd have Andy call in 5. No call back. I pulled off road and explained to Nancy that i was stopped on side of road waiting for someone to answer the phone and my question. She said she'd get Andy. No one came to phone for 5 more minutes. I hung up and drove on home. No-one called for the rest of the evening. Haven't had this inconsiderate and disrespectful treatment from a car dealer for about 40 years. Ladies beware.

  We bought a 1500 Ram Truck, we have horses and a good truck is very important to us. Jose are salesman was an extremely nice young man, he was very personable and knowledgeable. Ray the assistant sales manager was a nice man too, making our purchase a relatively fast process. Bob Miranda in the finance department was great! He worked really hard to find us the lowest rate. Our overall experience was great! I can't see us ever buying a truck or Jeep anywhere else! I would recommend John L Sullivan Yuba City to all my friends and family

  Terrible dealership!!!

  We were sold a car with no spare, but that was not disclosed to us. We have been on two long road trips unaware we had no spare. Company will not communicate with us regarding this. Terrible customer service and poor business practice! Don't shop here!!!
