    Don’t get your car here ! Horrible customer servic

    John l Sullivan is a joke. 5 months ago bought my gf a car from there after a month the battery kept going dead on a trip to LA. Once we got into town we took it into the dealership and they charged us $200 dollars to replace it when it should have been under the factory warranty. A few months later the trunk wouldn’t open. We took it in and this was covered under the warranty. We dropped the car off and was told they would fix it and it would be ready later that day. They call us and say the part to fix it needs to be ordered. They can’t get the part until next week so come and get the car and when the part comes in they will call us. So we go to pick the car up and the dealership lost the key. How does a dealership lose the key to a xxxx car? After a hour or so they say they need to call a locksmith to get a new key made and to come back tomorrow. The next day they call us and say the key is ready and waiting at the receptionist desk. We get there and the woman at the receptionist desk has no idea what we are talking about and says that they don’t keep keys at the front desk. For the next 20 minutes they are again trying to find the key to the car. Eventually a manager goes to the receptionist desk and finds the key. Week later we get the call that part is in and we can finally get the trunk fixed. We drop it off, after a few hours we are told it’s ready for pickup. Nancy goes to get it and they tell her the part didn’t work and they need to send the car to another shop to see what the problem is. After a hour they get her a rental and say we will keep you posted on when your car is ready. Next day and every couple days after that we have to put air in the front tire of the rental. They gave us a rental with a slow leak in the front tire. Few days later the dealership calls to give Nancy a update on the car. The update is there is no update, xxx. Couple days later she gets another non update, update. For the next week and half it’s silence we hear nothing. Nancy finally calls to see what’s up with her car and no one calls her back. So we come to today and Nancy is fed all the way up and if you know Nancy you know it takes a lot to get her upset. She calls and they have the nerve to say her car has been ready since last Tuesday. Are you kidding me? Last xxxx Tuesday! Lady says they left Nancy a voicemail which is a bold face lie. This place is an absolute joke. I have bought my last 3 cars from there but I promise you there will not be a 4th. The professionalism and lack of customer service is appalling.

    AMAZING sales team

    Worked with Navar. He was absolutely amazing. Very personable. I normally hate dealing with sales representatives as they can be pushy. Navar was honestly so pleasant and never became pushy or overbearing. Now finance and management were a completely different story. Just as any other dealer, keep an eye out at the numbers they present you. Trey, along with Dan, presented numbers in a completely deceitful manner. I understand they’re goal is to turn profit, but that should never include misleading or lying to clients.

    Broke the oil filter housing

    We took our challenger in to have the oil changed and they broke the oil filter housing. And they wanted us to pay $1000 the car only has 5,000 miles on it.
