    Seth and Jabin were extremely helpful during the entire buying experience. I never felt pressured and I always felt that my best interests were most important. They worked with my schedule and stayed late two nights in a row to answer questions and try to get me the best financing possible. I know for sure that my next purchase will definitely be from John Jones in Greenville!

    My husband and I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Denis at John Jones in Greenville. We really thought we loved the Jeep... But, while they had the Jeep applying the Xzilon protection Denis gave us a 2010 Chevrolet Equinox as a loaner vehicle and I REALLY fell in love with it. I loved it and I felt like we kinda made a quick decision buying the Wrangler, and really wanted the Equinox instead. My husband asked a friend of ours who used to sell cars if it could be possible to switch vehicles, but he said since it had been 2 days since we got the Jeep that we would be trading the Wrangler in for the Equinox, and that we'd probably have to lose a lot of money in the process. By then I was ready to do it regardless but my husband was only ok with if we didn't lose too much by trading it back in. After talking to Denis we were really surprised and very happy to find out that the manager was going to let us completely cancel the Jeep purchase and allow us to get the Equinox instead! It has been a great vehicle so far and the Xzilon has done a good job preventing our kids from destroying the seats, but we are most impressed with the service we received! From what I understand, even though we hadn't even driven the Jeep yet, most places wouldn't have allowed us to do this without getting penalized for trading the Jeep back in. It's great to know that there are good people out there. Thanks again for being so reasonable about the whole situation and allowing us to get the car we really wanted!

    Recently my husband and I went car shopping and much to our dismay, we started out at Coyle Chevrolet. After about 5 mins of looking and 20 mins of driving we were back where we should of started in the first place. Both Greenville's sales and management staff are second to none. Our salesman was courteous and was able to answer all of our questions. Ww will definitely be back to buy again. Thank you again mr. Jones for truly caring about your customers!!

    I recently bought a 2012 Dodge Journey from Scott Dodson at John Jones. We are very happy with the Journey and the service was great. My wife wasnt able to make it out to the dealership so Scott dropped the vehicle at our house so she could drive it over night to be sure it was the right car. Then, they were able to have the loan papers ready when we arrived the next day. Thanks!
