    I had the pleasure of doing business with Christian from Independence Mazda. He was amazing, knowledgeable , and an all around great guy to purchase a car from. The saying "you buy, from who you like" is very true. He was the 3rd Mazda guy I spoke with and he was the most easy going and professional and motivated sales agent I spoke with. Everyone WON that day I got a cool new car that I was proud to purchase and i felt good buying it because of the sale agent and the service I received. Thank you for making the process worth while. You ROCK. Shout out to the Finance department as well.

    After letting 4 cars salesman know that we were coming to test drive the Mazda 3 on 10/08/19, Chris Martin (General Sales Manager) told the salesman with us that it was already sold. Not one person called to let us know it was sold the night before. We came in to test drive and we started the paperwork to transfer tag and buy the car. But Mr. Martin would not apologize that it was already sold. Mr. Martin said “You don’t know me” when we asked why their dealership was not responsible in such a terrible customer service issue. How does Mr. Martin have a job when he gets in a heated argument with a customer when the dealership is clearly in the wrong??? Mr. Martin needs training in customer skills before he speaks in that tone.

    An honest dealer

    Just bought my Mazda here. Main reason for buying here was George who did not horse around. He was honest and straightforward from the first minute. Stay away from Keffer Mazda, complete waste of time. The will give you offers and then withdraw them again later. Mazda South are either incompetent or trying to fool you by giving offers on cars you didn’t ask for. Momentum didn’t have the car I wanted so I can’t rate them.

    They were unprofessional. Very rude. When i went in i had to wait for also 2 hours just to get customer service. When i did get it they could handle answer my questions that i was asking

    I purchased a care there 9/11/2018... this was the worst purchasing experience of my entire life. Not only was I misinformed, I wasn't given all the necessary documents. I had to contact the dealership weekly bcz no one sent in the information for my tags. I had to physically go to the dealership to make sure they gave me the documents in my hands. I was bounced around from one person to the next... everyone telling me a different story. Needless to say... I finally got my tags 10/31/2017... a month an a half after I bought the car. I still have not received the warrenty information that came with the purchase of the car or the addtional warrenty that I paid an additional 2000.00 for. I was sold a care with dry rotted tires. When I purchased the car I asked if the tires were new bcz I had just purchased tires for my car in a month prior to trading in the car. And was told the tires were new. NOT SO!!! I have only had this car for 11 months... dry rot typically takes 5-6 years. Trying to resolve this situations has been a nightmare!!! No one in that office takes accountability or has empathy!!! It is definitly a "pass the buck" type of atmosphere. I was told that I would be called back... No one has called me back... I called there again and was told someone there was waiting for my call and tranferred AGAIN. Left another message. No call back. I called AGAIN... was put on hold twice... hung up on once and called back to leave another message. UPDATE: someone called me back... they are finally going to send me the warrenty information they were supposed to send me 11 months ago. Pretty much told me that my warrenty didn't cover the tires and that it passed the state inspection, that was done in their facility and to which I have no faith in their ability to tell the truth!!! So.... off to the lawyer I go!!!

    so I went in to test drive a used VW convertible 6 speed. it was a nice car but not in great shape. the interior should have been cleaned better, however I was happy with the car. but the whole sales process stunk. First of all the guy trying to sell me the car told me not to worry about the age of my trade-in car because VWs have such great resale value. But when we came down to the money, they only wanted to give me half of what the trade in value should be according to Kelly Blue Book. they told me the payment would be $400. for a used car !! no way. and they never asked me what my downpayment would be other than the trade in when they figured the payment. Also I have asked them twice what interest rate they were figuring and they refuse to give me that still. I have excellent credit, no bad debt, no late payments and no credit card debt. I had already checked my credit score with my bank before I went in. and it is over 800. they got mad because I would not sign that night. really upset. tried pressuring me into a 6 year loan, again on a used car!, which I refused at once. who is going to take out a 6 year loan on a used vehicle. and also they were just not comunicative with me about the loan process. they just stuck this figure in front of me and expected me to sign it. I believe they thought that I liked the car so much I wouldn't leave without it. I would have like to have that car but not at the $$ they were throwing at me. I don't know if it was because I came in alone, as a single woman, and they just thought I wasn't smart enough, or what. But I could not wait to get out of there. I am still upset that they refuse to tell me what interest % they were figuring. I called my bank and told my story and the gentleman I spoke with was shocked . I gave him all the numbers they had and asked him about how much the loan would be. Even with no down payment and only the trade I could have gotten the car for less than $300/month. Independence Mazda was really trying to rip me off. I am considering filing a complaint with the BBB because they refused to tell me the interest rate and I do not believe that legally they can do that.
