Same as the rest - read the fine print
    by Jeepman54 from Chester, SC | March 17, 2021

Same as the rest - will give you a good price and are nice as can be to get you in the door, but BEWARE of the added fees! AND if you don't use their financing (which will be at a higher rate), there is a fee for that too. My price went up about $4000 but when I caught a "mistake" in their math, it was still over $1,600 in fees. I don't do business with shady people and likewise with shady dealerships. One way to break away and get out of the dealership after you realize that it was a tactic to get you inside to make a deal is to tell them that you aren't prepared to make a decision on buying the vehicle and you didn't come prepared to make a deal that day (didn't bring a title, extra keys to the car nor are you prepared to make ANY down payment that day).

    BAIT AND SWITCH
by Kelly from Greenville, SC | May 04, 2020

I located a vehicle on Cars.com that I was interested in, e-mailed the dealership to confirm availability, and exchanged text messages with a sales person. The next day I drove 2-1/2 hours to purchase the vehicle, and during the financials, they attempted to charge me $8500 more than the price that was advertised on Cars.com without me asking for a single change to the vehicle. I was told that the listed price was NOT accurate and that they had no control over what was listed and that they'd be contacting their Cars.com rep immediately. Two days later, the inaccurate price is STILL showing as the sale price. If you're looking at buying from this dealership, I would pay VERY CLOSE attention to the numbers.

Cross country trip for a misrepresented vehicle
by Asher C. from Portland, OR | July 22, 2019

Spent hours on airplanes, hundreds of dollars on plane tickets, and took multiple days off of work to travel across the country only to show up at the dealer to finalize paperwork and payment for a truck I had put a deposit down on weeks ago to find the condition of the vehicle not at all accurately represented. Before even putting a deposit down a week and a half before I flew in, I asked for detailed pictures of any and all cosmetic defects on the outside and inside of the truck. The salesman sent me 2 pictures of 2 small dings, one on each side of the bed. I was fine with that. What I was not fine with was the dozen or so other cosmetic defects (including a poorly repaired and painted bedside and the inside of the bed was completely thrashed) which were not presented to me before making a deposit and flying across the country to purchase the truck I had spent months searching and waiting for. When I asked the salesman why he didn't send me pictures of all of the other dings and scratches on the truck, all he could do was reply, "sorry." Sorry, but "sorry" doesn't get back the time and money which is now wasted. Furthermore, the truck is also being sold CPO, but I am not sure how that is being done considering that it had a clunk from the front end over bumps and also has the incorrect non-OE sized tires installed on it (265/65-18, should be 275/70-18 for it to meet FCAs CPO requirements). If anybody is ever considering a long distance (aka, you can't just drive over there easily) deal with this dealer, I would avoid at all costs. Oh, on top of all of that, after talking to them multiple times and even sending them a picture of my drivers license for when they took a deposit, they couldn't get my first name right...ever. They kept calling me by my last name.

    Not Impressed
by Jonathan Davis from Mooresville NC | December 08, 2018

I found a truck on Cars.com at a price of $10,399. The dealership is an hour from my home so I called and spoke to a salesperson and a finance manager and gave them a price of $10,000 OTD. Neither person stated this wasn’t in the ballpark. I drove to the dealership test drove the truck and liked it. When the paperwork was brought out the price was $12,500 minus $1000 for internet discount. Plus tax tag and all fees. Bringing the price to $14500. I asked if that was even the correct truck and the salesperson said yes I saw the internet price and there was “fine print” I couldn’t get that price. I needed to trade in a vehicle and finance the truck. So I asked where that information was in the ad and the finanace managers response was “it’s in there you need to find it”. So I pulled up the ad and asked again if he could show me the “fine print” and he again stated “you just need to read it and find it”. At this point my wife asked “as the finance manager you don’t know where it’s at or can’t show it to us?” His response again was “it’s in there you can find it”. At this point I was beyond irritated and left the dealership. I WILL NOT have anything good to say about this place or their ways of business.

Will lie to get you in the door
by no from Albemarle, NC | September 05, 2018

Be aware that any offer they make will not be real. Typical, shady car dealer tactics to get you in the door and waste everyone's time. You would be much better off anywhere else.
