    2021 Escalade bent rod bad engine

    Bought 2021 Escalade 3400 over msrp. Bent a rod in motor before 1st car payment was due. Jm told me to contact joe west w Cadillac. Joe told me not to contact him again. Wife won’t drive. Dealership only replaced rods one side. Scared

    Took my car in for a simple repair (which they did great) but when I got my car back there were light scratches covering the front bumper extending to the rear quarter panels. They continued by telling me it couldn’t have happened there, instead of taking responsibility and just fixing it.
