  This is my go-to dealer for honest service at a fair price. I've also purchased my last two vehicles from here. They always have solid cars at fair prices. They will get you the financing you want, and they make the process work smoothly.

  From the moment we walked in the door and met Kyle and Jim we felt comfortable. They were very welcoming and knowledgeable. After visiting other dealerships in the area with pushy salesmen that felt shady, it was nice to feel valued as a customer. The whole process of purchasing a vehicle at Jim Koestners was stress free and enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back for our next vehicle purchase and any service that needs to be performed. I really cannot express enough how happy we were with the whole experience.

  Truck that won't quit

  I've been looking around for a used Tacoma 4wd with the double cab. By luck this popped up, I drove from South Bend, Indiana, the 56 miles was worth the trip. Kyle was knowledgeable about the vehicle and sold it to me for less the asking price, another plus. John helped through the loan application and was able obtain a loan in less than a hour. The only reason that the dealer didn't receive a 5 star was because it wasn't FREE, overall a pleasant experience and would recommend them again.
