    DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE. They tried to completely rip me off And charge me over $2,000 for a routine maintenance. Went to another dealer and they did it for $700. I tried to call dealership twice for an explanation and left a voicemail once.

    Strongly recommend Coleman Infinity. Toyota and Cadillac right there too. One stop shop. Treated me like family. Delightful. Stress free! Kirk was knowledgeable professional and friendly. Got a great deal as well!

    Bought a used Altima here and man was I blown away by the sales team. Everybody from the salesman to the management team was courteous, professional, and willing to work out a fair deal. The car I bought had a few scratches on the rear bumper. When i brought this up they immediately had the Detail Team buff them out. I was. I was amazed at how good they had the vehicle looking. I almost didnt go here, the average review rating was at ~2.3 Stars and I didnt know what to expect. I am so glad I followed through. You wont be disappointed!

    Purchased multiple cars from Ryan (General Manager) and his team. Owned many luxury brands from Benz from Euro Motor, Acura from Chevy Chase, BMW of Rockville to Lexus but hands down Jim Coleman has the best service and sales people that appreciate you as customer. I highly recommend checking out Jim Coleman before you sign any deal as they will match it or beat it with better service and help

    One of the worst car shopping experiences

    Not a good experience dealing with their online sales manager. He turned me off within minutes after speaking to him on the phone, then continuing the dialogue via email. It was such a poor online shopping experience that I am going to contact the ownership of this dealership regarding the negative experience.

    Ripped Off!

    They seriously overcharged for the repair they performed. And they left some cables disconnected, so now I have to make another appointment to get the car finally fixed.

    DISHONEST AND INCOMPETENT DESERVES ZERO STARS

    DESERVES ZERO STARS!!! Absolutely the WORST car buying experience I've ever had. I live in Baltimore and at 230 pm coordinated to come look at a car around 330pm. I arrived at 350pm and the sales rep, Brian Vierra, was not there. No problem, I thought, I'm running a bit late and was greeted by another member of the staff. We took at look at my old car for a trade in appraisal and came back to the desk. I then overheard a conversation in which two employees said, "I can't get it started." I had a sinking feeling they meant the car I was there to look at. An employee came back in and told me that staff had been trying to start the Honda Civic I was there to look at with a Honda Pilot key. Approx 5-10 minutes later (so 410ish) Brian finally arrives and tells me that the car is "blocked in" and they need to find some other keys to move the blocking vehicle. He directs me to a desk where I sat for around 15 minutes. At 430 I went up to see what was going on. Brian tells me that 1. the Civic was dead and needed a jump start --so the story about it not starting due to a key error seems like bs. 2. was unable to answer my question why the battery was dead, other than to say it had been detailed 3-4 days ago and that "maybe" someone left a light on 3. told me that the car was out of gas and needed to be filled up. It seems they had no intention of telling me the vehicle was having problems had I not asked. So to summarize, grossly incompetent and dishonest.

    Needed to make some repairs. They took longer than expected and it was a lot more expensive. They simply did a lot of unnecessary work. No response from management.

    I did not find them very professional. A single repair for a tree branch on the roof was a lot more expensive than they said it would be. They did not even call me to give me the new estimate.

    Wonderful dealership! I drove 2 hours to visit this dealership had an appointment with Brian and he showed me 3 cars I was interested. He did a fantastic job explaining the different packages and really new his stuff on the car! You should Definitely ask for him! Ryan the GM came through with a price that worked perfectly and made sure I was completely happy with my purchase! Jass in finance had me in and out so I could get back to my kids before dinner! Overall the best experience I’ve had purchasing a car! Even with all the construction it worked out perfectly!!
