    I had an appointment for a test drive at 7pm- when I arrived there was mass confusion about the appointment and turned out the car was at another of their dealerships. After waiting 15 mins a sales man came over with his face mask below his lips ( strike 1 ) then he left to bring cst to me and finally at 8 pm I was granted a 5 min test drive - they then tried to pressure me to buy and I left - when I was almost home I realized they still had my drivers license and I had a covid vaccine scheduled for the next morning - they returned my ID in time for me to receive my vaccine so I texted the manager to talk about the car - his response was “ no thanks” so I took my business to Napelton and purchased from them.

    Jidd Motors is No 1 by far, and they have all the best low end cars to high ends luxury cars in the midwest. Customer service is exceptional, and I will always chose this dealership as my number 1.

    Great salesman, poor management

    Had a great experience but turned downhill quick. Sales rep over the phone was very nice and made it seem like extended test drive was possible. We got there and that car was being sold. Claimed we had to run a credit check when we were paying cash/separate financing and had insurance to test drive another car were looking at purchasing. We didn't even get to drive that other car by the end of our visit. They told us to test drive the car currently being sold (??) and sales rep said she was forced to come alongside, even during the pandemic. Their "covid test drive policies" are not upheld. Many people were not wearing masks, one salesperson was vaping in the showroom. The lady we worked with was great, but this management today was subpar. Big waste of time, they dropped the ball on our business. Maybe this review will convince them to take their jobs seriously. Edit: Just got off the phone with the GM, he told me to come back in and he would personally take us for a test drive on the other car we were looking at. Still no covid policies (salesman must be in car, no remote test drives). I'm going to take my business elsewhere - don't feel like driving half hour back to the dealership.

    Prepare to pay $3K in fees over advertised price.

    And that doesn’t include sales tax. Their “government fee” of $1300 includes an undisclosed and arbitrary $895 dealer fee for “handling the paperwork so you don’t have to go to the DMV”. Two things: they already have a $300 document fee for that, which is separate, and most state charge less that $100 for title/license fees. That $1300 should be closer to $150-$175 like most other dealerships. A flat out misleading fee for doing absolutely nothing. They also charge $599 for a non-optional VIN etching. Anywhere else might charge $200, and that’s IF you ask for it. Again, lining their pockets. This is all after the sales guys told me he’s waiving a different $999 dealer fee (without explaining on what that fee would even be for) like he’s doing me a favor. Jidd Motors claims to be a no-negotiating dealership, which suggests fair and upfront pricing for an easy sales process. The fact is anything but. Bottom line - if a car is advertised at a super competitive price, it won’t stay that way after get tack on $2K-$3K for no reason...then roll it all into the subtotal amount so you get to pay taxes on a few extra thousand, too.

    Couple of thieves at the shop..

    I wrote a review earlier last October and thus this is an amendment to that review. What I'm about to say I have no proof but my word and some emails, so I will leave up to you if you want to believe me or not. First and foremost, they have high rating because they make you do the review right then and there while to wait for you to finish. Talk about bias. Before I purchased the car I knew right off the bat that the brakes were no good and the alignment was obviously off. Yes I mentioned that to Joe, however he denies it as he claimed: " I STAND BY MY MECHANICS." Whatever though if 5 years of being a mechanic taught me anything, I still knew it was a killer car and I had to have it. Finally I took it home and further inspected the car and wow. The oil was not even changed. I then emailed Nick Kabro, Joe Nassif and I believe the owner himself Adam Jidd. They promised me that they will do right by giving me a free oil change and an alignment. I tried to get the brakes done as well however they denied my request, fine fair enough right? After all I spent really good money on the 2014 IS250 F-SPORT. Two weeks later or so, I come by to get these services done. Guess what? I leave my FAKE Louis Vuitton (5 dollar wallet from Vietnam) wallet in the car with nothing of value in it so I really don't care however it was missing... I did not want to get the guys at the service department/mechanic in trouble so I go to the guy who sold it to me Joe Nassif who said he would look into the cameras. He never did. That's okay though, as I said I did not care because it was FAKE anyways it's the principle that mattered. I thought who ever is reading this should know. Again I only have my word and some emails and messages. I Wouldn't waste my time doing this otherwise.

    No integrity, only about seeing how much money they can steal from you. 30 day return is not real, and only an opportunity for them to steal more money from you. Dont do it. Dont make the same mistake i dif.

    They added several services to my contract that didn’t need or want without my authorization so they could steal extra money and next day when I complained about it they made it difficult to refund.

    BUYERS BEWARE

    I purchased a 2016 Range Rover sport from this dealership on July 11, 2020. By August 7, 2020 the vehicle was in the shop in need of new brakes, tires, and alignment. Cost of $2000!! I called Jidd several times and spoke with three different managers Brandon, Demetri, and Conrade who did not try to provide any assistance or concern considering I purchased the truck less than 30 days ago. They sold me a vehicle that clearly was not well maintained. I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership again. Have your vehicle inspected throughly before purchase!!
