    I have been waiting on a refund for my extended warranty for over a month now and I can’t get a response from this dealership. Service always pushed “extra” repairs when bringing car in for “covered” maintenance. Couldn’t wait to get rid of this Mazda 6 and move on to a new car. Seems like I was right on moving on in the lack of response from my refund for canceling my extended. Warranty. I have sent and called Kortney (finance) numerous times and I have yet to hear anything back in over 6 weeks. Shoddy dealership and I would stay away

    Jeff Haas Mazda has earned every single positive review you will see. I had an exceptional experience two weeks ago when I bought a vehicle from them. Not going to lie, I was hesitant to visit a dealership after the endless amount of mixed reviews I read for so many dealerships in the area. I even consider Carvana as a possibility, but the reason I am writing this review is because Jeff Haas Mazda made me change my mind. The process was really simple from beginning to end. I arrived at the place and my salesperson Kevin Cruz was ready to show me the vehicle I inquired about online. He was very prompt in answering my emails on days before to make sure I received the best service possible when visiting. After a short conversation we were ready to take the car for a spin. The vehicle had everything I wanted so I decided to move forward with the purchase onto the paperwork, financing, etc. Kevin was very professional and organized with all the papers I had to sign and review. The location is completely brand new so you will enjoy your time there even as you wait for the paperwork to be done. Kevin took care of everything, and in no time, I was already figuring out financing and some other details. Brian Le, the finance manager, was very patient and took the time to walk me over the options I had. Once again, the process was very efficient and straightforward, no hidden fees or anything like that. Later on I had a conversation with Joe Hamilton, The Auto Parts department manager. He will go over any further customizations you would like to add to your vehicle. Unlike other places where people could be pushing for sales, Joe simply took the time to explain every item on the list, and he left it completely up to me to choose the options I was interested in, if any. Soon enough, I was walking out of the dealership having signed on a great deal on a used vehicle. A week later, I came by the dealership to pick up my vehicle. The car had been detailed and was ready to go when I arrived. I have to say that I am very satisfied with my experience at Jeff Haas Mazda. Each person involved in the process was outwardly focus which means that they were there for me, no doubt. Thank you!

    Advertised car for weeks, even thought told me car not available for sale, when I visited the dealership. Then I called again a few days later and was told that the car was available, even after I told them that I was previously told it was not available. In this day and age of online car buying, this kind of tactics is really old fashioned and should not be tolerated.

    It’d been years since I purchased a new car, and I dreaded the whole sales process. But Rafael Feliciano at Jeff Haas was low-pressure, friendly and so helpful - he even delivered my car to me that evening (I was not trading in my previous vehicle). And I got a really good deal on my car. My interactions with everyone there since have also been positive.
