    Wanted a greart deal on a used Truck

    We had another great experience at Jeff D'Ambrosio with Dave Baldwin. Top notch service. We got a great deal on a lease in June and another great deal with a used Truck (RAM 1500). Everything went extremely smooth and as always Dave walked us through and made sure we were happy with everything. Great guy!

    Left to sit and wonder

    I went in for a new remote to be programmed to my car and was told it would be a 30 minute process, cool, I had my young son with me so we wandered around and looked at cars and played for awhile, well I notice it is over an hour since we came in, go find someone to see what’s going on and I was told THEY DID NOT EVEN START MY CAR YET. I told them to pull it out and let me have it back. The express service department is a joke, and they were clearly insubordinate to their manager right in front of me. They need to get a handle on their employees, I will not be going back to this hostile environment.

    Do the right thing

    Purchased a car 11/2017. Brought the car back in 1/2018 looking to trade it back in (car was very uncomfortable, just an overall disappointment). Long story short D'Ambrosio offered the give us $8000 less than what we paid 2 months prior for the car...$8000!. They had an opportunity to do the right thing and they wouldn't move an inch. The was the 5th and last car we will purchase from this Dealer.

    Exceptional Experience

    Purchased my first VW today from this dealership, previous 4 VWs were from another dealership, they couldn't match the price and APR- nobody could and I contacted many dealerships to ensure I was getting the best deal. Worked with Jeff Deacon, who I highly recommend. There was no pressure ever. He was incredibly patient and responsive with my many questions, I appreciated his use of texting for efficiency. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction and worked to get me the Passat at the price and APR I wanted. Got me started with the credit pre-approval process and prepared as much paperwork as possible to streamline the pickup process and that there would be no surprises. He provided a complete walkthrough of all the features at pickup and made sure I was comfortable. Joe (finance manager) was also very nice and patient with my many questions, gave me all time I needed to make an informed decision regarding extended warranties. All around positive, relaxed buying experience. Can't speak for other sales staff but after today, they have earned my long term business, both Jeff (especially) and Joe should be commended for a great job!

    Purchasing my SUV from Jeff D' Ambrosio Auto Group was a welcoming experience. Everyone was awesome, from the Internet staff to the Management team, they made the process very accommodating. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My salesperson Tyler Jackson was simply the BEST! He arranged for me to test out the vehicle for a week before deciding to buy. He showed excellent professionalism and attention to detail! I will buy my next vehicle from Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group.

    This is the second time I have bought a vehicle from Jeff DiAmbrosio, and had the fortune of dealing with the same salesman - Dan Kirby - as first time around. Dan is caring, attentive, and extremely professional, and as a result has earned both my trust and respect. Dan takes time to learn about his customers, and earnestly puts them first. Don't think I will every by a Chrysler product from anyone else - Dan has a customer for life. Would recommend Dan, and Jeff to anyone in the market for a new vehicle that wants to deal with sincere and honest staff.

    "Lost my work order"

    Brought my car in for a timing job and differential work, they completed the timing on a thursday and told me to return the car monday to finish the diff work. Was told it would be done by Wednesday. I call on Wednesday to find out that it has not been started because the service writer responsible for my order had moved to a different facility, but my car would be "of top priority for today and tomorrow". So when I call them on Friday for the total, my car had still not been touched. 5 days of my car sitting in their lot. I am now spending hours cleaning the tree sap off my car from them parking it under a tree. I unfortunately have already paid for the parts to do this job, So I am left with no choice but to wait for a call of availability. If I ever get it.
