    Recently purchased a F8 green 2020 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack Widebody. Had great experience. Let me take multiple test drives including one to my house to see how car fit in garage. No pressure tactics. Agreed on great purchase price without the typical hassle and frustration of lengthy haggling and underhanded sales tactics. Ordered vehicle and it arrived in 7 weeks! No pressure from finance team to buy additional products (ie extended warranty etc.). Overall top notch experience. I've purchased quite a few vehicles in my life time and this was the best experience so far. Ask for sales rep Erik Baron, he did an excellent job.

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

    We drove from Harrisburg with friends to make final arrangements on their Jeep, which we already had a deposit on and a SOLD sign on it. After being at the dealership for four hours they were working on final numbers to then go to finance. Again it had a SOLD sign and had a deposit on it. Another sales man sold it and pushed the deal along quickly. Their response was that the other couple was already signing paper work and their was nothing they could do! BE WARNED! Shady people and don’t care about commitments only the money to pad their pockets!

    Don't go to Jeff D'Ambrosio Volkswagen Downingtown!!! They don't honor warrantee work that should be covered. The latest example was road hazard warrantee on a new tires purchased in September form VW. One tire was bad and replaced, but they refused to cover the tire on the warranty because I didn't remind them it was covered the day it was replaced. That was making a call t them just a day after going home to check my paperwork after the tire was replaced. I plan to avoid this VW dealership permanently!!!

    Bought my new 2019 Tiguan from them: - sales went well (if you made your decision to buy - sales never failed unless they don't have your car) - car was fully prepared (I had to cleanup after the fact), but not a big issues - month later - didn't receive permanent state licence tag, informed sales rep, got promise what they will follow up - 1 week prior expiration of temp lic tag - started my escalation and called sales, left number of voice messages (sale rep and sales manager) - nobody returned my call. - few days later : sent official email to dealer (general manager, sale manager, sales rep). set dead line, got promise (only from sales rep) what management will contact me at specified time with solution. - nobody called at specific day - sent official email to general manager of Jeff D'Ambrosio auto group and his stuff, in parallel - opened case with VW customer service - nobody from Jeff D'Ambrosio auto group contacted me, had few conversation with "tag lady" and VW sales manager - each was "salling me" different story why/how my situation went wrong and promise to solve it within a week... - 3 months after I bought my new car - nobody from management (general manager of VW dealer or general manager of Jeff D'Ambrosio auto group) called me with apologies, only person from VW customer service was keep "updating me" about "situation"... end of the story - finally got my permanent licence... 3 months after exact : 2 standard months and month of "escalations"... Lessons learn: - I am so glad what it was only "tag issue" and nothing to do with car (service or ...). - Issues can happen, but the way this team is handling - nightmare. reputation - this team doesn't know/care about it. - will I trust this dealer to touch my car - NO WAY, not even the oil change... - VW customer care team is great while they refused to contact to the owner.

    PLEASE READ. Paul Fiedler, the general manager, is one of the biggest scam artists that I've ever had the displeasure of meeting in my life. Just an all around disgusting person and here's why. I leased a 2019 Ram only to notice a few small chips in the paint when I got the truck in the sunlight the next day. They offered to fix it, but one month later I get my truck back in worse condition then a used work truck. Filthy inside and out with a botched paint job, scratched windows, other color paint all over, NEW scratches and chips, and the list goes on. Paul "tries" to find me a new truck to swap it out, only later do I realize he's just wasting my time by saying he can't find an identical truck. Then he offers to order me a truck that I build! Great right?! Wrong. I order a truck, Paul gives me the truck but makes up excuses as to why I "can't sign for it yet." One month later he lures me up to the dealership by telling me it's time to sign for my new order truck that I've had for the past month. When I get there he asks for the new order truck back and tells me that I have to take back the original truck that the dealership body shop treated like a $500 junk yard beater. Long story short, the best price is not always the best deal. I would've paid $100 dollars more per month to avoid a crappy person like Paul and his awful dealership. Please shop elsewhere because this dealership will toss you out like garbage after you sign those papers.
