    I was able to get an urgent appointment because I felt my car was unsafe to drive after a different collision company didn’t set the bumper computer sensors correctly. Josh was vey kind and professional. He took great care of me! He hooked me up with Chris at the Sixt rental place (another great guy). I’ve never been disappointed with any service from Tom Wood Land Rover- I highly recommend them

    After an unusual sort of accident, Matt and the crew worked proactively with my insurance to get me back into my S90. They gave me courteous, timely updates and went the extra mile to make the fix was perfect. It’s not surprising I’ve been doing business with them for over 30 years.

    I totally understand the need to schedule service appointments for scheduled maintenance but if a vehicle has a service engine light causing the vehicle to enter “limp home” mode there should be flexibility with service/ repair not a 3 week wait time. If this is due to lack of technicians then the laws of supply and demand suggest hiring more technicians not forcing a dedicated customer to wait for 3 weeks to diagnose a problem. Especially when you live an hour and fifteen minutes away from the dealership. At this point, my next vehicle purchase will be from a local dealer that I know I can count on!! It’s really too bad when I know the vehicle is reliable and my wife loves the ride but, she agrees that when it’s down we need to have it repaired in a timely manner not three weeks from when the problem occurred. Shame on Tom Wood Land Rover for putting us in this position!!

    We found a used 2018 Honda Oddessey on the Tom Wood Volvo website and scheduled a time to go and test drive it. We were paired with Waldir, who typically sells new volvos. He was incredibly personable and made the experience wonderful. We didnt anticipate liking the van so much. It was detailed incredibly and looked brand new. The process of purchasing was seamless and would definitley recommend them! Oh yes, AND we got the lifetime powertrain warranty bcs the van had 98,000 miles on it and the threshold is 100,000. We got lucky coming here!

    I had a truly excellent experience at Tom Wood Volvo in Indianapolis. Thank you Brandon and Ben for your expertise and assistance! I had made an appointment to see several vehicles. All of which were ready to be viewed. I had the undivided attention of Brandon for several hours of his day, and his knowledge of the vehicles was second-to-none! After a good test drive I knew I loved the car and went ahead with finalizing the deal. Ben was great to work with and very efficiently handled all the paperwork. The car was detailed in a very timely fashion, whilst we enjoyed the comfortable and stylish Scandinavian themed showroom and its facilities. Thanks everyone!
