    The customer service and vehicle service is horrible. The service providers do not return calls in a timely manner. You have to follow up on your own vehicle to check the status of work being performed. Once your car is done with service you may find unexpected damages that were not previously there. Also, work that was supposed to be completed is not even done. I am very disappointed with the quality of service I receive from this dealership. For the amount of money I am paying for this car I expect to receive quality service but it is the complete opposite. They do not take care of your vehicle.

Servicing of this Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) requires special talent as we start to enter into this developing technology. There is no doubt the Jaguar I-Pace is the top luxury car in its vehicle class!

    Lazy, horrible sales experience!

    Saw the car online, drove 3-1/2 to get the car, told salesman I needed paperwork ready to go when I get there because I was on a tight schedule. Not only was the paperwork not ready, but the car had no gas!

    My experience at this dealership was horrible. I purchased a brand new SUV because my older jaguar had some issues going on. My vehicle took 3wks to repair and once I went to pickup my car I was questioned if it was my car, and if had I paid for it . Once I got my car it broke down before I could get it off the lot. I then had to put my suv in the shop and they wiped the interior down with a dirty wet cloth that left a white residue on the interior leather. When I purchased my SUV I had to wait at least 30 mins before anyone asked if I needed help. The customer service personnel in the service dept had been quite rude in the past but have somewhat improved. I was given a loaner vehicle while repairs was being done on both vehicles but then upon returning the loaner i was charged over 1700.00 for a small crack in the windshield in which I still don't know what happened. I am waiting for parts ordered on my SUV that have been on back order for months . I will not be going back to this place in the future. I am hoping to find quality service elsewhere
