  Steve at JCL Automotive is fair and honest. He worked with me on the price tag and made me feel good about my purchase. Becuase I'm two hours away, he had the paperwork all ready for me. I was back on the road less than 30mins. As far as the condition of my first BMW, it exceeded my expectations.

  My wife got her 2003 330CI on her birthday last year. Most pleasant laid back buying experience you could ask for. Service is expert and very reasonable. When it came time to replace Susanne's 208000.mile 1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue, we found a perfect replacement at JCL! A 2008 328XI with 42K. Beautiful car! We love them both. Chris, Steve and all the staff are extremely knowlegable and helpful.

  My son was looking to upgrade his first car and we spent a lot of time searching in the Lehigh Valley/Philly area. Thankfully we found the perfect car at JCL Automotive. The entire staff (including the owner) were extremely helpful and friendly. We never felt pressured during the entire transaction. The facility is well maintained. I don't write a lot of reviews but this was by far the best car buying experience I ever had and well deserving of a five star rating!

  Excellent staff. Very friendly front staff and the mechanics are very knowledgeable. The people are always accommodating. Sale was smooth with no problems. Service is very reasonably priced and fixed properly.
