    Purchased our 3rd Subaru here. We were in no hurry to purchase, we were looking to replace a recently purchased 2008 Toyota 4Runner that was not on par with a Subaru's performance in the snow!! Well, with a little negotiating on the trade-in and the Outback we just couldn't walk away. I truly believe that once you're a customer here you will be a customer for life!     They knew the 2017 subaru outback I had my heart set on. They pulled it off to the side and kept the keys at all times. They were not going to risk anyone wanting to see her or buy her!!! The entire process was fast since I did have a time frame. They answered every question we had!!! I would definitely recommend going to them!!! They care not only about you but about what you want!!!

    Salesman Charles never told me the deals, incentives, price of MSRP. Andy, finance man had a lease drawn up upon entering his office. Never had a chance to negotiate MSRP price of car. Andy just skimmed over price and moved on to other expenses. We went back to try to buy car rather than lease it a few days later and he refused. Awful experience.

    Courteous But Didn?t fix issue

    Took car in for squeaky driver seat. Known service bulletin. Repair took over 2 weeks. Squeak is worse.

    Awful Experience

    Please do not take your car to this dealership. My husbands car has been here for over a month and they have no idea what is wrong with it. They do not return phone calls, nor give you updates. The one time they finally called us back the only thing the manager cared about was telling us that it will not be covered under warranty as my husbands car is modified. We never once said we had a problem with paying, we just want his car fixed. Another time my husband took his car here the service manager decided to stick his pen in my husbands windshield where the crack was and said "this won't be covered, sorry". This was very unprofessional, and unnecessary. Thankfully corporate agreed, and was more than willing to accommodate for this awful service managers actions. If you care about your cars, and want answers please do not waste your time at this dealership.
