    My husband and I had just purchased an Infiniti somewhere else (a non-Infiniti dealership) and we needed an extra key fob made. On a complete whim, we stopped in to see if you could help. The service dept was minutes from closing and we half expected to be told to come back the next day. However, we were met very enthusiastically and were completely taken care of, even though it meant your service employees staying an extra 30 minutes. I cannot stress enough how appreciative we are. Instead of being made to feel like an annoyance, you made us feel very valued and special. Tyler Archibald was the name of the person we dealt with the most and he is a gem of a person. We will most certainly be bringing our new Infiniti back there for service in the future.

    A professional car buying experience

    A willingness to work with buyer to come to a fair financial agreement. Matthew Price, in particular, was very helpful and patient during an arduous process. Tom Elliot was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Particularly he allowed me to test drive the car for a period of time. This convinced me that this was the car for me!

    Had my G37 in for 6 month service and they went the extra mile to make sure my car was great and no issues, plus I had a loaner till the next day as they wanted extra time to make sure there was not a problem. They are all friendly and everything about Infiniti of Stuart is great. Thank you!

    Chad, your Service Manager, was very quick to handle my concerns regarding the airbag recall for my car. Although they were busy, he told me to bring my car in and they would take care of. I drove into the dealership, I was given a loaner car, and within a few hours it was taken care of. I also had my oil changed, & tired rotated. I appreciated him taking care of this at the same so I would not have to come back again. Chad was very helpful in every way and I look forward to servicing my car there in the future.
