    Beware of lies and typical sales promises! Worst dealer ever! Worst service dept ever! Beware and don’t be deceived! Took 3 weeks for them to fix a seatbelt, ridiculous!

    Our family just went into imperial to purchase a new car and we were greeted right at the door by Morgan. She showed us all the vehicles we wanted to see and even made a trip to Hyundai with us. We ended up buying a new Ford Explorer and we absolutely love it. It fits our whole family and we couldn’t have been anymore happy with the sales buying experience. Would highly recommend Morgan and Imperial Ford.

    I worked with 2 amazing guys to buy my new Ford Bronco Sport. We did not set up an appointment (I know we probably should have) and they were very accommodating. Easily found someone to help us, Vincent, and he was the easiest person to work with. I've purchased 3 other cars before this one and I've never had such a lovely experience. Price was right, offer on trade-in was perfect and there was no hidden fees. Very upfront and honest. Even delivered to my home since I was so tied up with work....with a big red bow to boot.

    Just bought a 2021 Ford Explorer and I love it! Imperial Ford was excellent, Tom D' Andrea was my salesperson. He is truthful, honest and very customer service oriented. The whole process was stress free and comfortable. I would recommend Imperial Ford for remarkable cars and Tom 'Andrea for an excellent salesperson for this company.

    Deceptive quotes

    They emailed me a quote that was much lower than they would sell the car for. You basically have to be a first responder, be in the military and be lucky enough to receive an additional rebate in the mail from ford to qualify for the quoted price. The salesperson actually compared it to winning the lottery. They also would not tell me what rebates were applied to the price they gave me.

    Easy, professional, and enjoyable purchase

    I went to Imperial Ford to purchase a new F150. Overall, I am very pleased with the whole experience and enjoyed the process. First, I would like to thank Lynda Glassey for being fantastic. She was our sales associate and she is incredible at listening and being responsive to our desires. The finance department was friendly and did not push packages we had no interest in. The dealership was clean, professional, and efficiently run.
