  I bought a Toyota Sienna and am happy with the vehicle overall. My only complaint would be that not everything was disclosed with the shortcomings of my vehicle. The cable of the sliding doors are broken and was not mentioned to me by the dealer. It was not a deal breaker as I am more interested in the drive train of the car. Overall, I found a good quality vehicle at a very good price.

  I came with a friend who was shopping for a used car. Nice cars. NO pressure. Great service. Over-the-top help getting exactly the car she wanted. And I discovered an unheard-of trait in car dealers: it is a dealer with HEART. Chip listened, was very patient and accommodating, and delivered an amazing car for my friend. Thanks, Chip!

  They were willing to work with me and get me taken care of, they talk to you and help you figure out what you like and then they make sure that you get what you want. They aren't just a dealership who just wants to sell you the car they want to sell you an investment something that will help you down the road and they don't sell you something that will break down as you go down the road, all they're cars are serviced and ready to go and I've never been happier with my purchase.

  Re found the car on line, contacted image cars. The sales person got back with us , with in a timely manner and answer our questions. Next day we drove the 190 plus miles and Inspected the car, The car was as described. We bought it and drove it home.

  Let Down

  I sent an inquiry via Cars.com and never heard back from the dealership. I should never have bothered to even go, but I was really interested in the make/model advertised, so I decided to stop there anyway. I wasted my time. I'd inquired about a beige minivan. When approached by a rep, he stated he wasn't aware of a beige van in the name/model I was seeking, but that there was one in black. So, that was the first sign things wouldn't go well. When we entered the bldg, the Rep asked the manager about the black one and the manager basically smiled and said "Sorry, we sold that one last night." I remarked/clarified that I actually hadn't even come about the black vehicle, but the beige one - and that I'd sent an inquiry via Cars.com that they hadn't responded to. The manager's reaction was "Well, that's because I was selling the other car!" Uh, 1) their dealership had already been open for 3 hours by the time I showed up... you had plenty of time that morning to send me a note that you no longer had the car I asked about. 2) the car advertised on the site was not at the lot and both sales rep AND manager seeemd confused when I asked about it (like it hadn't been there for a long time... or ever). 3) I was VERY specific about my price range and upon informing me they didn't have the car I asked about immediately started showing me vehicles that cost twice as much. I thanked them and walked out. I felt my time was totally wasted, which is a shame because I've only ever heard great things about their particular Ma & Pa dealer and had been hoping to support a local business.

  Straight to the point, I love my new (used) Subaru that I purchased today from Image Cars Inc. in Forte Wayne, IN. I received an amazing deal, high quality service and well response in communication since my first contact over the phone. I traveled from California to visit family in Indiana and was super set on finding the exact car I wanted here with the right quality. After having a rough first day with one pushy salesman and disappointing models, I was slightly discouraged. I called Image Cars before close to be sure a specific model i'd seen in an online ad was still around and received quick response that it was. Woke up early to check it out and within a couple hours ended up walking away incredibly happy that, not only did I happen to get a great deal on the year of the car I wanted, the quality of assistance I received from Amar, Chip and the rest of the gang was quite impressive. Amar was extremely personable. I did not feel pressured to make a purchase and was thrilled with how well the vehicle had been maintained and kept at the shop. Full Carfax was also given as well as a 30 day warranty. Amar conducts business in a laid back, honest, manner. He even allowed us to pay partly in cash without a worry. I trust that I made the right decision and that if anything were to go wrong, I would be given assistance in making it right, even from half way across the county. Its easy to be discouraged by cars salesmen, especially when you never know if what they're saying is true. I felt from the get go that Image Cars Inc. might a good place to be looking for a used vehicle, despite its small size, and especially after meeting their mechanics and other associates I'm glad I trusted my gut. I think any business that small that's been around for at least 20 years deems worthy. I checked out a lot of reviews on this place before writing mine and it almost seems like most of the negative ones are personal attacks toward one specific person, I could be wrong but its something to note. One also person complains of a lot of the reviews sounding like they're from a salesperson themselves and using similar wording as others. I would disagree. I read most if not all of the reviews on here and Google. They're not so many with similar wording, actually at all, but most of them are similar in the fact that they're positive reviews and happy customers! I highly recommend Image Cars Inc!
